In this paper,in order to study the effect of ALA ziziphus jujuba Mill soaking seeds on the seed germination of sour jujube under the NaCl stress and the activity of bud seedling protective enzyme and the content of monodehydroascorbate.Meanwhile,used the hydroponic plants of sour jujube to study the effects of ALA on the photosynthetic parameters,osmotic regulation substances,root activity and the activity of protective enzyme of hydroponic plants of sour jujube on the 3rd and 6th day under the Na Cl stress.We selected the groups of better effect in the experiment,and the results were as follows:1.The effects of ALA soaking seeds in different concentrations on the seed germination of sour jujube and physiological property of buds under NaCl stress: there were no significant differences between ALA soaking seeds GR and GE of 100mg·L-1.The activity of CAT(catalase),POD(peroxidase)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)significantly increased,and the content of monodehydroascorbate(MDA)decreased.Under the stress of 100mmol·L-1NaCl,there were no significant differences in CAT,SOD and POD of ALA soaking seeds of 100mg·L-1.The content of MDA was significantly higher than the controlled.2.The effects of foliar spraying of exogenous ALA on the photosynthetic parameters of hydroponic plants of sour jujube on the 3rd and 6th day under the NaCl stress and chlorophyll: Under the stress of 100mmol·L-1NaCl,the photosynthesis of ziziphus jujube seedlings was inhibited on the 3rd and 6th day,and net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)decreased,the concentration of inter-cellular CO2(Ci)increased;the content of chlorophyll decreased,and inhibition was more obvious;after spraying exogenous ALA on the leaf,effectively mitigated inhibition of the NaCl stress on seedling photosynthesis.In addition,the Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)were higher than those of the 6th day.And the concentration of CO2(Ci)on the 3rd day was lower than that of the 6th day.3.The effects of foliar spraying of exogenous ALA on the physiological indexes of hydroponic plants of sour jujube on the 3rd and 6th day under the NaCl stress and chlorophyll: Under the stress of 100mmol·L-1Nacl,the physiological indexes of ziziphus jujube seedlings was inhibited on the 3rd and 6th day compared with the controlled,and after spraying exogenous ALA on the leaf,soluble protein,soluble sugar,pro-line,root activity,and the enzyme activity of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaf significantly increased and were higher than those of the 6th day,while the relative conductivity and MDA content decreased significantly.The tends of all indexes are basically identical on the 3rd and 6th day after treatment,while on the 6th days the salt injury degree rose,and the effects of spraying exogenous ALA on salt injury reduced.ALA soaking seeds can improve the salt tolerance of jujube seeds and shoots,and the concentration of Na Cl should not exceed 100 mmol·L-1,50 mmol·L-1 and the concentration of soaking seeds under the NaCl stress can get the best effect with 100 mg·L-1 ALA.Exogenous ALA could effectively relieve the harm to jujube plants’ photosynthesis after salt stress,and the effect was better when the concentration of NaCl was 100 mmol·L-1 and the concentration of ALA was 75 mg·L-1 on the 3rd day after the treatment.The exogenous ALA could regulate the osmotic matter,lipid per-oxidation and protective enzyme activity of leaves of jujube seedling,the effect of the 3rd day was better than that of the 6th day after treatment.
