Locusta migratoria(Meyen)is a pest in the world. It has the most serious damage to grasses and sedges. In recent years, because of the increase in the resistance of traditional organophosphorus pesticides and the destruction of agricultural ecological conditions, the occurrence of Locusta migratoria has become more frequent and has caused serious damage to agricultural production. At present, the prevention and control of chemical insecticides are still the main methods used in the prevention and control of Locusta migratoria. However, the long-term use of chemical pesticides has caused serious pollution to the human, the livestock health and the ecological environment.Locusta migratoria has produced a certain degree of resistance to commonly used insecticides. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research and develop new environmentally friendly insecticides for the proper control of agricultural pests. In this paper, various instars nymphs of Locusta migratoria were treated with different methods, then measured acute toxicity of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)and its effect to enzyme activities on Locusta migratoria, for discussing the toxicity and the biochemical mechanism of the drug.ALA is a non-protein amino acid. Its synthesis and metabolism have been extensively studied.ALA is one of the intermediate products of metabolism in the process of plant growth. In addition,ALA can also play the role of regulating plant growth in the process of plant growth.High concentration can be used as a herbicide, low concentration can be used as a productive agent,in agricultural production has many potential value. In the second part of this study,Brassica campestris l.was used as the test material to study the mechanism of ALA’s action on cabbages and provide theoretical basis for the rational application of ALA.East Asian locust was treated with different concentrations of ALA by pharmaceutical membrane method(CK,0.01 mM,0.1 mM,1 mM and 10 mM),and the mortality rate was significantly increased 2 days after ALA treated east Asian locust.Found both female and male acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and glutathione peroxidase(GPx)activity has declined significantly, east Asia migratory locusts in glutathione S-transferase(GSTs)activity weresignificantly increased, and the result shows that ALA east Asia migratory locusts in female and male have the poison effect, and both female and male similar sensitivity to ALA,ALA can cause AChE and GPx light inactivation and activation of GSTs.The effects of different concentrations of ALA(0,0.1,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0 mg/L)on Brassica campestris L.seeds under salt stress were investigated after 24 h impregnation of Brassica campestris L.seeds with different concentrations of ALA(0,0.1,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0mg/L).Seed soaking test results show that appropriate concentration of ALA(0.1 0.5 mg/L)seed handling to Brassica campestris L.seed germination and seedlings growth promoting effect, and enhance Brassica campestris L.antioxidant enzyme activity against lipid peroxidation damage. |
