In this study,Aspergillus tubingensis,Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus sp.LX-102 to used as the compound fungus ferment for wheat straw.The actual effection of fermented wheat straw were in sheep production evaluated with different levels.We get an optimal fermentation level from the fermentation of wheat straw for sheep growth performance,digestion and metabolism levels.This study provided the theoretical basis of the promotion fermented wheat straw in the sheep industry.The research contents are as follows.Test one :This study is aimed to explore the affection of compound cellulose degradation bacteria system on the nutritional value of wheat straw.The different proportion and inoculation amount of the composite fungus of wheat straw by orthogonal design,and the nutritive components of wheat straw were used before-after comparative analysis.The results showed that cellulose had the great capabielity degration in wheat straw,and the optimum degradation conditions were as follows: temperature 30℃,time period 5d,nitrogen source NH4NO3,initial pH 6.0.Under the condition of different ingredients,The highest degradation rates of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin were 19.56%,19.83% and 9.25%,the crude protein content was increased by 1.26(P<0.05)after the degradation;The maximum degradation rate of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin was 18.75%,20.77% and 9.25% respectively,the crude protein level was increased by 1.12%(P<0.05)at different levels of addition.With the ratio of liquid bacteria was 2: 1: 1 and the addition level was 0.15%.Test two:This study is aimed to investigate the effects of fermented wheat straw on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in sheep.40 Suffolk×Hu sheep hybrids were randomly divided into four groups(ten sheep in each group),groupⅠ,groupⅡ,grroupⅢwere fed with fermented wheat straw substitute 0(control),20%,40%,60% of the ordinary wheat straw based diet,the trial lasted for 45 days.The results showed that:there was no significant difference in the initial weight of each treatment group(P>0.05),and the average weight gain and the average daily gain of group were the highest.The average daily feed Ⅱ intake were improved 26.81%(P<0.05)in groupⅠ,the feed intake/gain of group were less than group Ⅱ Ⅲ14.30%(P<0.05)compared with control group,and there was no significant difference when compared with the control group and group(Ⅰ P>0.05).The albumin of group improved Ⅲ by 3.31% and significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The globulin and glucose in group Ⅱwere significantly higher than control group.The rate of alanine aminotransferase in group Ⅲwas significantly higher than the control group.There were no significant differences between Total cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase,in total protein,urea nitrogen,triglyceride(P>0.05).Test three: Using in-vivo research method,the acid-insoluble ash was used as the endogenous indicator,and the wheat straw was replaced with different levels of fermented wheat straw under the same dietary conditions.The results showed that NDF,ADF and DM were not significantly different from those in control group(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of EE in group was 16.17% higher than that in Ⅱcontrol group(P<0.05).The highest digestibility of CP in test group Ⅱwhich compared with the control group increased19.20%(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The results showed that dietary supplementation of wheat straw with fermented wheat straw can significantly improve the apparent digestibility of crude fat and CP,and improve apparent digestibility of dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent cellulose in sheep.The results showed that the compound cellulose degrading bacteria could significantly increase the content of crude protein,and significantly degrade cellulose,hemicellulose and ligninin in wheat straw.fermented wheat straw can improve the dietary dry matter intake and daily gain of sheep,reduce the weight ratio,and can improve the serum and protein in the sheep concentration,To some extent affected the animal protein metabolism and cholesterol metabolism,The activity of alkaline phosphatase was consistent with that of sheep growth,and can improve the sheep dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid washing cellulose apparent digestibility,To Summarize,40% fremented wheat straw instead of common wheat straw were improved production traits of sheep.
