In the south of Xijiang,natural condition is in favor of the natural mature of the jujube.Its planting area accounts for about a third of the national total area,and its yield in full fruit accounts for over 50% of the national total output.Jujube harvest mostly relies on labor,labor intensity and low efficiency,so it is an inevitable tendency of the dwarf close planting jujube industrialization development to realize mechanized harvesting.Jujube harvester on hand,the high center of gravity of its ride a straddle rack,on the uneven ground work,easily occurs turning and leaning and breaking of rack of the problem,which should have certain stiffness and strength.Optimization of structural parameters and vibration optimization was used in ride a straddle rack optimization design,which ensured stiffness and strength of rack of jujube harvester on the uneven ground work.On the basis of optimization design,the leveling system was designed,in order to further improve the stress of ride a straddle rack,which ensured safe,stable and reliable of jujube harvester in the operating process.Main work and conclusions were as follows:(1)According to the results of statistical analysis of various factors and design requirements,overall scheme of ride a straddle automatic leveling frame had been determined.Ride a straddle rack was designed.Static analysis was carried out by using the ANSYS software,acquiring the bending strength(73.28MPa)and the limit bending torsional strength(167.54MPa)of frame which were less than the yield strength of frame materials.Dynamic analysis was carried out by using the ANSYS software,determining the natural frequencies of the frame which were in engine,collecting device,transmission device and to frame the vibration frequency range.(2)According to the vibration analysis results,optimization of structural parameters and vibration optimization was carried out on the rack,and the optimized model was established.After optimization the frame quality decreased11.17%,its maximum deformation in Y-motion decreased79.85% in the 30 Hz,and its maximum deformation in X-motion decreased41.85% in the 40 Hz.Vibration optimization was carried out on the structure parameters optimization rack,it turned out that the optimized frame structure satisfied the requirement of dynamic and static properties and fatigue properties.(3)Due to the high center of gravity of ride a straddle rack,on the basis of optimization rack,the leveling system was designed,in order to further improve the stress of ride a straddle rack.The structure parameters of the leveling mechanism,each element selection of hydraulic system,and hardware selection of control system,it were determined by theoretical analysis,through the simulation analysis verifying the leveling system meetingthe design requirements.
