Rotary blade is an important component in rotavator.Because of the loss caused by the friction,the rotary blade usually become obtuse and become ineffective in farming.The changing of rotary blade also wastes enough time.In this way,to improve the abrasion performance of rotary blade is a great way to enhance the usage of it.There are two ways of abrasion: abrasive wear and erosion.This dissertation focuses not only on the abrasive wear but also the erosion caused by the soil condition and the impact.The author thinks that we should adopt three kinds of technology:C-N carbonitriding,deep layer Re-B-C-N carbonitriding and complex carbonitriding to consolidate the 60Si2 Mn steel.The author also thinks that the rotary blade should be strengthened and toughened by heat.After taking metallurgical structure experiment,micro-hardness experiment,abrasive wear experiment,erosion experiment,Nitric Acid experiment and soil corrosion experiment,the author reached following conclusions:(1)After taking carbonitriding experiment,the author found that the hardness of coating is 3HRC higher than core.Then the author compare the sample with the steel that haven't taken the C-NA experiment in the ring block abrasion experiment,finding that the loss in the 5thhour is 179.8mg and 300.3mg.The sample is two times as tough as the counterpart.(2)The sample collected after deep Layer Re-B-C-N carbonitriding and complex carbonitriding,the abrasive wear resistance and erosion Resistance of sample are better than the sample after C-N carbonitriding experiment.(3)In terms of the sample collected after production application,the author found that the samples collected after deep-layer Re-B-C-N carbonitriding and complex carbonitriding are better than samples collected from other experiment.
