The technology of plastic film mulching is an effective way to improve the agricultural income which is widely used in agricultural cultivation.The cotton industry in Xinjiang is a great beneficiary of plastic film mulching.But now,how to recycle plastic film has become a major obstacle to the development of film mulching technology.With the "white pollution" is becoming increasingly serious,the residual film recycling machinery has become the focus of agricultural machinery industry.This paper studies the research status at home and abroad of residual plastic film recycling machine,aiming at the existing problems of separation,low work efficiency and so on,and according to the Xinjiang of residual plastic film recycling machine actual requirements,based on the working principle of domestic mature models and the potato harvester,research and design a shaking grid type residue plastic film recovery machine.Using the virtual prototype technology to carry on the 3D modeling,obtains the machine solid 3D modeland,finally make prototype,and through field experiment to optimize the prototype.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the material properties of the residual film were studied,and the tensile properties and adsorption characteristics of the residual film were analyzed,to provide the theoretical basis for the feasibility of the design concept.Then use the 3D design software SolidWorks to design key parts of shaking grid type residue plastic film recovery machine,while use SolidWorks Simulation analyzes the membrane shovel paper,and according to the analysis results to optimization the membrane shovel paper.And then complete the whole assembly of the shaking grid type residue plastic film recovery machine,and make the necessary optimization.And then completed the prototype trial,and a trial run in Xinjiang Keshen agricultural equipment science and technology development Ltd.Finally,through the repeated test to continuous improvement of the prototype.Finally,The working speed of the final prototype in the field is 5.1km/h,the recovery rate of the residual film reaches 89.8%,the operation effect is good.
