| Technology of intercropping have Long history of planting in China,intercropping is the quintessence of the intensive cultivation of agriculture in our country,having a very large agricultural production potential,reasonable use of time and space resources of aboveground and underground part,having enormous significance for efficient utilization of resources,crop yield and quality.This study Using faba bean of monoculture,potato of monoculture,potato/faba bean as treatments,Studying effects of intercropping on crop growth and development,accumulation of dry matter,acumulation of N/P/K,soil change of physical and chemical properties and potato yield and quality,the results are as follows:(1)Intercropping has stimulative effect on crops growth(plant height,stem diameter and leaf area).Intercropping increased by 3.21%,4.40%and 2.91%on the plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of potato respectively compared to potato of monoculture,intercropping increased by 10.21%,5.32%and 11.63%plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of faba bean compared to faba bean of monoculture respectively.(2)Intercropping has stimulative effect accumulation of dry matter of crop.Intercropping increased by 8.89%,5.16%,5.90%and 3.21%on root,stem,leaf and tuber of potato compared to potato of monoculture respectively,increased by 9.26%,40.52%and 27.72%on root,stem and leaf of faba bean compared to faba bean of monoculture respectively.(3)Intercropping have promoted effect on accumulation of total nitrogen of potato,having inhibitory effect on accumulation of total nitrogen of faba bean;Intercropping has inhibitory effect on accumulation of total phosphorus of potato,broad bean has a promoted effect on accumulation of total phosphorus of faba bean;effect of Intercropping on accumulation of total potassium of potato is not obvious,but have promoted effect on accumulation of total potassium of faba bean.Intercropping increased by 38.81%,17.52%and 131.82%on accumulation of total nitrogen of root,stem,leaf and tuber of potato compared to singlecropping respectively,and reduced by 25.69%on root of potato.reduced by 47.25%,34.95%and 23.85%on accumulation of total nitrogen of root,stem and leaf of faba bean compared to singlecropping respectively;Intercropping reduced by 37.5%,3.93%,4.60%and 45.78%on accumulation of total phosphorus of root,stem,leaf and tuber of potato compared to singlecropping respectively,increased by 68.81%,43.41%and 90.35%on accumulation of total phosphorus of root,stem and leaf of faba bean compared to singlecropping respectively;Intercropping increased by 42.53%,0.52%and 1.04%on accumulation of total potassium of root,stem,leaf and tuber of potato compared to singlecropping respectively,and induced by 0.66%on leaf of patato.increased by 40.22%,8.97%and 46.85%on accumulation of total potassium of root,stem and leaf of faba bean compared to singlecropping respectively;(4)Intercropping has prohibitive effect on yield of potato tuber,but can improve the economic benefit of unit area of land.Rate of large potato tuber of singlecropping is more bigger than intercropping(23.92%>19.18%),rate of commercial potato of singlecropping is mere bigger than intercropping(53.04%>40.95%),but intercropping improve significant net economic benefit and improved by 18.66%compared to singlecropping.(5)Intercropping has definite effect on soil physical and chemical property of soil.Effects of intercropping on reduction of available nitrogen and organic matter is small compared to tested soil,intercropping potato and faba bean enhance substantially content of compared to tested soil,increased by 6 times and 48.49%of total nitrogen and total phosphorus respectively.intercropping reduce substantially content of available potassium and available phosphorus compared to tested soil,reduced by 13.91%and 23.06%respectively,acidification of intercropping on the soil is the largest compared to all treatment. |
