Biochar is organic plant residues(such as straw,sawdust,etc.)under anaerobic or anoxic conditions in low temperature(350-600 ?)and thermal cracking of preparation and the high carbon stable material.It can improve the soil and control soil N element circulation and promote the effect of plant growth.This study will be from wheat straw in 350 ? under pyrolysis made biomass carbon,then extraction of biomass carbon of water-soluble or alkali soluble organic carbon by KOH,and adding Fe2+?Mn2+?Ca2+plasma made of biochar liquid fertilizer,and the physical and chemical characteristics were analyzed.For the study of effects of biochar liquid fertilizer on the field planting Radix Angelicae dahuricae and Salvia miltiorrhiza morphology,physiology,yield and quality of,the design of the control(CK),foliar spray(T1),irrigation root(T2)and foliar spray and irrigation(T3)root three different fertilization treatments.The results are as follows:(1)Biochar liquid fertilizer containing rich plant mineral nutrition elements,which the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and calcium were 1.12 g/kg?1.649 g/kg?49.5 g/kg and 4.05 g/kg,the content of iron,manganese,zinc and copper were 23.26 mg/kg?8.5 mg/kg?1.01 mg/kg and 1.93 mg/kg;also contains a water-soluble organic compounds of organic carbon,CDOC,humus and low molecular neutral substances,the content respectively 44.6 mg/L?266 mg/L?165 mg/L?63 mg/L.(2)In different ways using biochar liquid fertilizer significantly increased the chlorophyll content in Radix Angelicae dahuricae plants,increased leaf area;T1,T2,and T3 three processing of Angelica dahurica yield were increased by 33.6%?19.5%?23.8%;Radix Angelicae dahuricae imperatorin content were increased by 41%?18.9%,?31.2%,total coumarin content were increased by 15.8%?10.3%?13.9%;at the same time,biomass carbon leaching liquid fertilizer also contributed to the absorption of Angelica dahurica on trace elements iron,manganese,zinc,copper.(3)Different application ways of biochar liquid fertilizer significantly increased the Salvia miltiorrhiza plant chlorophyll content,leaf area increased;T1?T2,and T3 three processing output of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge were increased by 15.2%?14.4%?14.2%;important component of tanshinone ? a content were increased by 11.8%and 6.7%and 8.9%;the content of salvianolic acid B were increased by 7.5%?4.8%?4.0%;at the same time,biochar liquid fertilizer also contributed to the absorption of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on trace elements iron,manganese,zinc,copper.Application of biochar liquid fertilizer could significantly improve the Angelica dahurica and Salvia miltiorrhiza yield,improve quality,to foliar application of best effect.The results show that the biochar liquid fertilizer has the potential of foliar fertilizer.
