In order to understand the factors of flower bud differentiation of blueberry and its effects,and provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of misty.Through the study of theparaffin sections of misty blueberry flower bud differentiation.At the same time,analysisthe effects of carbohydrate,mineral elements of endogenous hormones,temperature and humidity,moisture,shading and other factors on the flower bud differentiation.And pollination experiment,observation misty flowering characteristics.The results are as follows.(1)During the period of flower bud differentiation of blueberry misty divided into the early stage of flower bud differentiation,inflorescence primordium differentiation stage,sepal differentiation stage,flower primordium differentiation stage,stamen differentiation stage.The flower bud differentiation period lasts from July to September,about 60 days.(2)The research shows that the content of soluble sugar in the process of flower bud differentiation in misty blueberry is 0.699?0.2%,starch content was 0.567?0.229%.The analysis showed that higher levels of carbohydrates during flower bud differentiation was conducive to misty blueberry flower bud differentiation.(3)This study shows that the total phosphorus content misty blueberry during flower bud differentiation was 0.113?0.323%,the total nitrogen content was 0.354?0.912%.(4)The increasing ratio of carbon and nitrogen physiological differentiation stage of blueberry flower bud misty,at the beginning of flower bud differentiation,carbon nitrogen ratio began to decrease.The ratio of carbon to nitrogen increased again at the late stage of flower bud morphological differentiation,the highest value reached 2.366.Soincreasing the ratio of carbon to nitrogen could promote flower bud differentiation.(5)High concentration of GA3 and IAA favored the transformation of misty differentiation to morphological differentiation,and low concentration of GA3 and IAA promoted the morphological differentiation of flower buds during flower bud differentiation Low concentration of CTK during physiological differentiation can promote the transformation of physiological differentiation to reproductive differentiation.High concentration of CTK can promote flower bud differentiation during morphological differentiation Low concentrations of ABA are beneficial to the differentiation of the buds.(6)Temperature of flower bud differentiation is the biggest effect factor to misty blueberry flower bud differentiation.The decision factors of temperature and humidity factors on flower bud number is R2 =0.215,and the decision factors of fruiting branch number is R2 =0.231.(7)The summer shade can advance misty blueberry blossom time.Plant height and stem diameter were significantly increased,but the number of branches decreased.Flower bud physiological differentiation of controlling water can delay the flowering time,reduce the number of branches.(8)The results of the total number of branches misty blueberry flower bud respectively and shoot length,leaf number was significantly correlated(P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that the regression coefficient of shoot length was the largest.This shows that the shoot length is the main factor affecting the misty shoot bud number.(9)Misty inflorescence is raceme,flower lateral or terminal,petals milky white,bottom connected,pollen form quadrangular,tetrahedron rounded triangular,tetrahedral arrangement,germination hole for the three holes,from the top of a pollen Split and base 3 pollen components,pollen grains of the outer wall of the grain was striated.(10)After self-pollination and cross-pollination for 8 hours,the pollen began to germinate at the stigma,and the fertilization process was completed at 48h.The time difference that the pollen reached the ovary between self-pollination and cross-pollination was not significant.Self-pollination and cross-pollination can be affinity,but cross-pollinationcan improve the results of the rate,the fruit quality difference of two pollination methods is not significant.
