The Milk Somatic Cell Count(SCC)is not only an important index to test the quality of milk,but also an vital means to monitor the mastitis.At the same time,As an Significant parameter to evaluate the heath condition.The purpose is to test the milk yield and milk SCC of Holstein-Friesian dairy cows on GuangXi dairy farms.Analysis on Current Situation of milk somatic cell count in dairy cows.Meanwhile,Detection of Serum liver enzyme levels(AST、ALT、GGT)、the antioxidant activity of whey(MD A、TAC)、the levels of ketone bodies in whey,then the correlations between The milk SCC and liver-enzyme,Anti-oxidation,Ketones were analyzed.Experiment 1:A survey of SCC in one dairy farm of Nanning peripheralFrom July to October in 2014,a random sampling approach was chosen to study the SCC.The total sample is 425,of which 83 cows in July,179 cows m August,124 cows in September,39 cows in October were randomly selected.Then the content of milk SCC was measured and the milk yield was recorded,meanwhile the relation between them was analyzed.Finally,a statistical analysis of the milk production from 2013 to 2014 was had done.The result shows:as to caw individual in Guangxi region,the population mean of the milk SCC was 54.08±1.3199 million/ml,of which 70.35%was less than or equal to 200000/ml,80.45%was less than 500000/ml,13.10%was greater than 1 million/ml.The cow milk yield began to decline from May and June,and the milk yield was lower than the average in June,July,August,September and October per year.Milk yield had a very significant and negative correlation with somatic cell count(P<0.001,r=-0.935)from June to October.Experiment 2:The study of the relations between milk SCC and the hepatic enzymes,ketosis,the antioxidant capacityIn a large-scale farm of Nanning,tracking 18 perinatal cows,the SCC,hepatic enzymes,ketosis and the antioxidant capacity were detected.Firstly,the individuals affecting the experimental result were eliminated,this was 4 cows with ketosis.And the Salicylaldehyde colorimetric method was adopted to detect the experimental animals’ blood ketosis.If the contend was more than 10 mg/dl,the experimental animal would be removed(the plasma ketosis content was over the limit value one or more times in a certain week during the the experiment).According to the standard of the 500000/ml SCC in the process of the experiment,the remaining 14 experimental cows were divided equally into the high somatic cell group and the low somatic cell group.Results show that whether high somatic cell group or low somatic cell group,the activity of hepatic enzyme ALT,AST were all in a normal range,not having a significant correlation.In low somatic cell group,there was a significant and negative correlation between hepatic enzyme ALT and GGT(P<0.05).The activity of GGT of high somatic cell group was higher than the lower somatic cell group,having a significant difference between them.High milk somatic cell may be the cause of the rising of the activity of GGT.SCC had a certain relationship with antioxidant,and as to high somatic cell group SCC was negatively related to the M-MDA in a significant level(P<0.01,r=-0.468).However,there was no relevance between the SCC and the blood ketosis,Di-n-propyl ketosis(P>0.05).Milk ketosis and blood ketosis had a very significant and positive correlation(P<0.01,r=0.508).
