Fish fatty liver disease in tilapia exposed to exogenous pathogenic factors leading to infection and massive death, great economic losses caused to farmers, hindering the development of tilapia aquaculture. This experiment by feeding high fat diet to establish nonalcoholic fatty liver of tilapia model based research Sedum sarmentosum Bung on the model of tilapia liver pharmacodynamics and investigate the inhibitory effect on apoptosis of liver cells and kidney cells, for Sedum sarmentosum Bung provides experimental basis in the prevention of high fat feeding induced fatty liver disease.Based on the previous research, the Genetic Improvement of Farmed tilapia used in the experiment were divided into 3 group, each with 3 parallel groups. They were normal group, high fat group,Seduum sarmentosum Bung group. The 9:00 am and 5:00pm daily, for 6 consecutive weeks for tilapia feed.3 groups in feeding after 6 weeks were randomly selected from each group 15,collect serum, organs and observe changes of hepatopancreas tissue samples collected, the main physiological experi-ment of tilapia viscera damage after 6 weeks. The biochemical tests, using H.E staining technique to observe the changes of liver cells judge Sedum sarmentosum Bung according to the high fat diet based feeding tilapia caused by fatty liver disease prevention effect. The TUNEL detection method on paraffin embedded in the 3 groups of tilapia liver and kidney slices by the cell apoptosis rate was calculated and compared.Following results were obtained:After 6 weeks of feeding, high fat diet group compared with tilapia based group, from the perspective of the determination of blood indexes:high fat group raise tilapia serum AST,ALT,TG,CHOL,LDH,TBA and MDA lecel(P<0.05),and higher CAT,SOD and immune index the content(P<0.05);from the point of view of the determination of hepatatopancreas index:high fat group of tilapia increased transaminase activity liver pancreatic, digestive enzyme levels and MDA content in hepatopancreas and intestine(P<0.05),and creased CAT,SOD content(P<0.05);from the liver and kidney cell apoptosis, the detection shows that the high fat group whether tilapia liver cell or kidney cells, apoptosis rate was significantly higher than that of group(P<0.05).During the experiment 6 weeks of relatively high fat group derived from tilapia, determination of blood index:Sedum sarmentosum Bung group significantly reduce the experimental tilapia serum AST and ALT levels(P<0.05),and inhibit the high fat diet induced serum TG,CHOL,LDH increased and TBA level(P<0.05),on the antioxidant index and there are significant differences in immune indexes(P<0.05);derived from hepatopancreas index determination:reduced transaminase activity liver pancreatic and MDA content(P<0.05),and increased CAT,SOD level(P<0.05);from the detection of liver and kidney cell apoptosis can be:Sedum sarmentosum Bung whether liver cell or group of tilapia kidney cells apoptosis rate was significantly lower than that in high fat group(P<0.05).However,Sedum sarmentosum Bung group indicators compared with the basic group there is no significant differe-nce(P<0.05).Through this experiment,to feed added Sedum sarmentosum to Gen-etic Improvement of Farmed Tilapia can prevent fatty liver disease, showed that the effect of Sedum sarmentosum in the treatment of fatty liver disease was significantly reduced, mainly for Genetic Improvement of Farmed Tilapia liver and pancreas tissue injury, promote tissue repair, reduce blood fat concentration and improve the body’s antioxidant capacity. At the same time, reduce the liver and kidney cell apoptosis rate.
