In order to understand the feasibility of the application of controlled-release fertilizer and alkaline fertilizer are on the cultivation and management of banana, and establish a suitable and efficient production of banana fertilization system, and provide a theoretical basis for the future development of new fertilizers and banana cultivation. The banana variety GJ6 is used as the material of this experiment. With the controlled release fertilizer with k high, urea, ordinary compound fertilizer, ordinary potash fertilizer, ordinary phosphate fertilizer, alkaline fertilizerare used as the fertilizer reagent.By applying the principle that the applying amount of fertilizer nutrients must be keep on the same level. The experiment is designed into four treatments:Controlled release fertilize(A),50%Controlled release fertilize+50%traditional fertilize(B),alkaline fertilizer(C),traditional fertilize(CK).The research study the impact with these four different fertilizer treatments have on soil’s nutrients content, leafs nutrient element content, agronomic characters, physiological property and yield in medium-term to bud stage of banana. The experimental results showed that:1.In terms of agronomic traits, comparing with the traditional fertilize application, fertilization method A significantly increased the yield by 11.93%,fertilization method B increased the yield by 6.80%,fertilization method C decrease the yield by 0.45%,both effects were not significant;Fertilization method A is more conducive to the plant growth of banana in the medium-term growth and bud stage, among, significantly increased the height of plant in the two period by 12.32%and 10.68%,and significantly increased the stem diameter of plant in the two period by 17.25%,15.72%;The effects of B and C on the height and stem diameter of banana were not obvious;Three kinds of fertilization methods on banana fruit appearance quality were not significantly influenced.2.In the field of soil nutrients, comparing with the traditional fertilize application, fertilization method A effective keep the soil’s available nitrogen content, soil’s available phosphorus content and soil’s available potassium content of banana in the medium-term(June),increase by 123.85%,126.89%and 172.68%,the effect is significantly;Effect on maintaining the content of available potassium in the bud stage, increased by 25.49%,the effect is significantly.Fertilization method B and C on the impact on soil available nutrient effect of each period was not obvious.3.In the field of leaf nutrients,Comparing with the traditional fertilize application, fertilization method A significantly increased the growth of buds of banana leaf nitrogen content by 3.50%;Fertilization method A significantly increased the content of total potassium in leaves of banana in medium-term(June)and bud stage by 5.89%and 7.68%;The effect of fertilization method B on the nutrient elements in banana was not obvious;Fertilization method C significantly increased the content of total nitrogen in leaves of banana in medium-term(June)to bud stage by 9.12%,8.55%,14.76%.4.In the field of leaf physiological characteristics, comparing with the traditional fertilize application,Application methods A significantly increased the chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content of leaf in bud stage of banana, increased by 3.66%and 0.945%,in addition, significantly improve the net photosynthetic, the intercellular CO2 concentrationand and the stomatal conductance of leaf in medium-term of banana and significantly improve the transpiration rate of leaf in bud stage of banana, respectively increase by 19.98%,30.49%,23.10%and 16.05%.The effect of the application methods A and C on the physiological characteristics of banana was not obvious.5.The soil available nutrients, leaf nitrogen, leaf total potassium, soluble sugar, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, plant height showed a significant positive correlation to yield, was significantly negatively correlated with soil organic matter, the correlation with other indicators is not significant. |
