In recent years,Chinese agriculture developed rapidly,with the strong support of the government,agricultural mechanization basically universal.The soil deep loosening technology has deeper magnetism,break hard the plough,improve crop root growth environment,improve the floods and permeability of the soil,increase crop yield,and so on.Organic fertilizer NPK,not only can increase the organic matter content in the soil,and can also provide the nutrients needed during the process of crop growth,improve soil structure of top layer.Conservation tillage has gradually been everyone's attention,one of its main measures is the subsoiling technology.Therefore,this paper designs a subsoiling fertilizer machine for the geographical environment of Yunnan area.In order to verify the subsoiling effect of deep loosening key componets and the performance of subsoiling fertilizer machine,deep loosening test was carried out in the field.This study includes the following:(1)The test soil was divided into plough layer.The testing parameters included density,moisture content,friction coefficient,cohesion,shear strength and so on.(2)There is a EDEM simulation analysis of deep loose shovel.The deep loosening mechanism is a curved surface,which comprises a shovel tip and a shovel handle.Shovel tip size is 70 mm in width,293 mm in length and 14 mm in thickness.Shovel tip and shovel handle materials are used 65Mn.Through the above data,in the SolidWorks to built a three-dimensional model,and used EDEM to do simulation analysis.The results showed that the main stress point of the loosening mechanism was the tip of the shovel,and the disturbance of the soil particles wasgreat.Thus verifyed the component design was reliable and reasonable.(3)Design and Simulation of Spiral Fertilizer System.We selected the spiral type offertilizer,the relevant structural parameters as follow:rotary film thickness is 1.5mm,height is 180mm,pitch is 165mm.The amount of single pass fertilizer M ?0.84kg/r.Then the three-dimensional model was established,EDEM analysis of the fertilizer system,the results showed that its fertilizer flowed smooth,no clogging,overhead situation.(4)The whole design of the overall structure.The design and verification of the whole design of the machine,Using the SolidWorks three-dimensional software to model and fit the key components and the whole machine,and the interference detection of the machine.(5)Prototype production and field experiment.Two-dimensional picture derived from the three-dimensional model,then produced the prototype and developed field trials,the test results include:the average water content of soils increased by 13.5%,12.4%,12.1%and 13%respectively,and the average water content of the soil was increased by 12.7%,which proved that the soil water storage and soil moisture retention ability was great after experiment;The variation rate of the depth of the prototype reached 96%,the coefficient of variation of the depth of loose depth reached 3.9%,the soil bulkiness was 18.21%and the soil interference coefficient was 57%,all the above indexes reached the national standard JB/T10295-2014,indicated that the work of the prototype had good performance.After the operation of the ground flatness is 32mm;The average rate of broken soil are 77%and 85%of all plowing and ground surface within 10cm.The results showed that the machine has a good ground breaking performance,and the ground surface is very flat and lay a good foundation for the next field operation.The above operating performance indicators meet the national standards.In a word,the subsoiling fertilizer machine has a great development prospect because of the whole machine,the fertilizer system,the deep loosening shovel and so on.This equipment can not only greatly reduce the work intensity of farmers,but also increase the economic benefit of farmers and improve the soil fertility.
