Effects Of Growth Regulators On Cutting Efficiency Of Two Sedums

Under hydroponic condition,Sedum spectabile Boreau and Sedum spectabile were selected as the experimental materials,and the effects of three growth regulators on morphological and photosynthetic indexes of two sedums were studied.The best growth regulator and its concentration were chosen,and thus the new cutting propagation method for sedum was explored.The results showed that:The growth of Sedum spectabile Boreau height could be promoted by 50mg/L ABT GGR and 50mg/L,150mg/L NAA treatment,the growth of Sedum spectabile Boreau root morphological indexes could be promoted by 50mg/L GGR,50mg/L NAA and IBA,150mg/L NAA and IB A treatment.With the increment of the concentration of growth regulators,the morphological index of Sedum spectabile Boreau was decreased gradually.The effect of 50mg/L ABT,50mg/L and 150mg/L IBA treatment was more significant.The growth of Sedum spectabile plant height could be promoted by 50mg/L rooting powder GGR,50mg/L indole butyric acid treatment,the increase of stem diameter of Sedzum spectabile,50mg/L powder could be promoted by 50mg/L NAA,three concentrations of IBA treatment,the growth of root morphology index of Sedum spectabile could be promoted by 50mg/LNAA,50mg/L and 150mg/L IBA treatment.The promotion of 50mg/L rooting powder,150mg/L IBA treatment was more significant.The increase of chlorophyll content of Sedum spectabile Boreau could be promoted by 50mg/L powder GGR,50mg/L NAA,150mg/L and 200mg/L IBA treatment;the increase of chlorophyll content of Sedum spectabile could be promoted by three growth regulators;Sedum spectabile Boreau photosynthetic rate could been enhanced by 50mg/L NAA;the increased eight weather scene pore conductance could be promoted by 50mg/L.and 150mg/L NAA,50mg/L and 200mg/L IBA treatment;the increase of Sedum spectabile Boreau CO2 concentration could been promoted by three growth regulators;Sedum spectabile Boreau transpiration could be promoted by 150mg/L and 200mg/L NAA.On the whole,GGR rooting powder was not obvious,with the increase of the concentration of NAA,inhibition on plant photosynthetic physiological indexes increased gradually,with the increment of indole butyric acid concentration.The promoting effect of plant photosynthetic physiological indexes was increased.The promotion effect of 50mg/L and 200mg/L NAA and IBA treatment was more significant.
