The Besign Of Side Bundle Pick Up The Loading Car And Optimization Of Fixed Gripping ARM Picking Of The Mechanism

Square bundles as a way of straw compression molding,very easy to transport,in the use of straw has a very important role.In order to improve the efficiency of the use of straw,through the existing pick up the design of the transport truck design of the side bundle pick up the loader.The mechanical part of the car consists of pick-up mechanism,main frame,rotating mechanism,transmission mechanism of four parts,all the action by the tractor driven by the hydraulic pressure.The main objects of the work are small square bundles,which can be used to pick up and load the bundles at once.The design compared with the traditional pick-up vehicles to reduce the transport function,increase the transmission mechanism,can be directly picked up to the side of the bundle transported to the accompanying large transport vehicles,greatly improving the transport efficiency of the side bundle,has a very broad use foreground.In this paper,the overall structure of the other side pick up loader is designed,and the structural static analysis of the main force of the picking mechanism is carried out and the design of the unreasonable bar is optimized.The details are as follows:(1)Through the search of a large number of literature,a comprehensive understanding of the use of domestic and foreign straw and collection of the status,summed up the side of the bundle and round the two forms of picking up the advantages and disadvantages of transport vehicles.(2)With reference to the current use of straw bales at home and abroad to pick up the truck,the side bundle pick up the truck mechanical part is divided into the main frame,pick up the body,rotating body,transmission mechanism four parts.Select the suspension method for the traction.According to the operating object and the relevant parameters of the object of the other side bundle pick up the size of the structure of the preliminary design.(3)The use of large-scale graphics software Solid Works completed the square bundle pick up the creation of three-dimensional model.According to the force analysis of the pick-up mechanism,the sliding gripping arm,the fixed gripping arm and the fixed main girder of the pick-up mechanism are the main force components.The structural static analysis of the main force members is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.It is concluded that the structural material of the sliding gripping arm and the fixed girder is reasonable and the surplus of the fixed gripping arm is relatively large.The response gripper was optimized by Response Surface Optimization under Workbench Design Exploration.The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum total displacement are optimized as the constraint factors,and eventually got better the width is 55.40mm,the height is 33.25mm,and the wall thickness is 7.05mm combination.
