Ningxia is one of the best ecological regions in china. But because of the terrain of Ningxia and the special geographical location, coupled with the impact of the cold winter, the winter grape security threat, and pass the research to establish comprehensive freezing index and wine grape of Ningxia wine grape frost risk division has a strong practical significance for planting and management for this area of wine grape, and provided the theory the foundation and guidance for promoting the development of Ningxia wine grape. In this paper, winter extreme low temperature, duration of cooling,average temperature and other meteorological factors were selected as indicators of wine grape overwintering. And using the calculated index of grape freezing comprehensive principal component analysis method, and then the analysis method to analyze the comprehensive disaster indices of Mann-Kendall test and Morlet wavelet, linear regression, based on the theory of natural disaster risk, from the analysis of disaster environmental sensitivity,hazard risk, vulnerability and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity of four a, at the end of the Ningxia wine grape winter freezing disaster risk assessment and zoning and development, combined with the 2015-2016 year in Ningxia Yongning County Minning town Yuquanying grape base and the original Grand Village to carry out wine grape freezing experiment results and discussions, conclusions are obtained as follows:1 the lower the freezing injury index is, the more serious the freeze injury is. The critical index of 0 frozen grapes in Ningxia was determined. The freezing injury index of grape has a certain upward trend since 55A, and the interdecadal variation of 25?30a is obvious,and the change of 5A and 10-15A is also obvious.2 there was a significant correlation between the temperature and the ground temperature of freezing injury experiment site in Yongning county. The test results show that, in order to ensure the safety of wine grapes in winter in Ningxia, we must make the grape cover depth of more than 40cm, so that the ground temperature in the root zone is greater than -5?.3 In parts of central Ningxia, Xiji County 3 in Yanchi County, Taole County, Yuanzhou District of Guyuan City, county agricultural county belongs to the comprehensive peace, high risk and high risk of freezing region; northern Ningxia Yongning County, Yinchuan City, Helan County, Lingwu City suburb,land area of central Ningxia and the eastern part of concentric centre in southern Ningxia, Pengyang and Jingyuan in some areas in the comprehensive freezing medium risk area; the rest of Ningxia is low and low risk level regions,and are mainly concentrated in the central region of Ningxia. The results showed that the risk assessment model of Ningxia grape wine during the overwintering period was more objective and more comprehensive.
