In order to study on regulation of different irrigation to leaching the mineral elements on aeolian sandy soil of vineyard. Taking 7 years-old "Merlot" as experimental materials, through different quntity of irrigation (177m3/667m2?2111m3/667m2?244m3/667m2?277m3/667m2),search different irrigation to leaching regulation in the soil of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cl, Na, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe elemnets, and the influence of the sugar, the titratable acid, the total phenols, the tannin and the anthocyanin in berry, the results showed as follows:1 The available nitrogen, rapidly-available potassium, available potassium, available calcium,available magnesium, cholordion, sodium, available copper, available zine, available manganese and available ferrum concentration mainly distribution in the surface soil from 0 to 40 cm, with the increase of soil depth gradually reduce,the content in the deep soil is extremely low;2 Irrigation makes the soil spatial distribution change of the available nitrogen, rapidly-available potassium, available potassium, available calcium, available magnesium, cholordion, sodium, available copper, available zine, available manganese and available ferrum,layer of these available element in the surface will be washed out into the deep soil;3 In different irrigation amount, the greater the amount of irrigation, the more content of theavailable nitrogen, rapidly-available potassium, available potassium, available calcium, available magnesium, cholordion and sodium in topsoil are leaching into underlying,and is rinsed into deeper levels of soil;4 Using the atomatically weep fow of micro-irrigation belt and the irrigation amount treatment 244 m3/667 m2 make more content of 20-40cm layer,the roots of the grape usually distribution to 10-30cm layer ,so that the amount of the irrigation is conducive to plant roots absorb nutrients. What's more,the suger-acid ratio is suitable, total phenol and anthocyanin contents are higher, the quality of berry is better.But for the irrigation treatment of 277 m3/667 m2 would leaching the minral elements into deep soil which will caused the waste of water and nutrient.
