Abstract/Summary:
The mineral elements play an important role in the lifetime of crops. Different from the organic substances such as protein and vitamin etc., the mineral nutritive elements can't be synthesized in the plant body, but must be absorbed from the environmental medium, mainly from the soil. So it's necessary to study the transference law of the mineral nutritive elements in the soil and the crops, which may reconstruct the ill soil environment, thus to improve the producing environment, optimize the growing structure and realize the persistent development of the advantageous efficient modern agriculture. This essay mainly studies three kinds of famous special local agricultural products in Qingdao including Dazeshan Grape, Laoshan China Long-life Peach and Laoshan Tea, and tests the mineral nutritive elements in their soil, soil effective component, plant and fruit. The targets of the soil samples consist of 21 including B, Co, Cu, F, Mn, Mo, N, P, S, Sb, Se, Sr, Zn, SiO2, A12O3, Fe2O3, MgO, CaO, Na2O, and K2O. The targets of the soil effective component and plant samples consist of B, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mn, Zn, N, P, K, Ca and Mg.The result shows that in the region of interest, the content of the soil constant elements such as Sr, K and Na is high, while the content of Fe, Ca and Mg is low, and that of Cu excesses the normal range of the nature. The content of the soil effective component such as Mo, Mn and B is a little bit lower, while that of Cu, Fe, Zn, N, P, K, Ca and Mg is higher. It is beneficial to the growth of the crops. However, the distribution of effective component is uneven. There're most Cu, Zn, N, P, K in the surface layer and lest in the deep layer of the soil. The feature above exists obviously in the three different plantations, which indicates the clear activity signs of human beings. Compared with the soil effective component, the life-form enrichment modulus of the mineral nutritive elements is very high, especially N which is rich in the root, branch, fruit and tea. Analyzing from the relativity, the majority of the soil effective component of the mineral elements is in positive correlation with the tissues of the plants, the minority is in negative or no correlation. Most of the mineral nutritive elements are inclined to concentrate in the leaf and their contents are further more than the other parts of the plant. There're less mineral nutritive elements in the root, branch and fruit.
