The Research Oe Current Situation Of Primary-level Animals Epidemic System And The Availability Of Veterinarian Socialized Services In Jiujiang City

Primary-level animals epidemic system prevention system,which plays an important role in animal epidemic prevention,directly relates to the healthy development of Animal Husbandry,Public Healthy Security and APQS(animal products quality safety).The situation of animal epidemic prevention in china nowadays is still severe.However,the current system of primary-level animals epidemic prevention is had to fulfill the demands of animal epidemic prevention,therefore,it’s in bad need to reform and improve.This paper,based on the research on present situation of primary-level animal epidemic system in Jiu Jiang city.We’ve made a further research on the tendency of Animal Husbandry Production,and the structure,staff,expenditure of primary-level animal epidemic prevention system,by dog a surrey,which aims at our stuff,we found the following present existing main problems and contradictions of primary-level animal epidemic system in Jiu Jiang city:(1)The severe shortage of permanent staff;(2)Serious aging populations;(3)Lack of expenditure;(4)Disproportionate to income and to pay.Building veterinarian socialized services system of veterinarian must conform to National Policy,at the same time can solve the problem in current grass-root unit animal epidemic system.We demonstrated the ways of building socialized service system of vet,staff composition,scope of business and the source of income in detail,the conclusion is building of socialized service system of vet is available.Also has a positive meaning for improving the level of animal epidemic prevention.
