In this study,Shine Muscat grape as materials,studied the variation of photosynthetic characteristics of grape cultivation in the rain-shelter.Effects of source-sink relationship on Photosynthesis,Chlorophyll and Reducing sugars of Shine Muscat at different leaf positions.Effects of Photosynthetic characteristics of Shine Muscat seedling leaves on different grape rootstocks.Effects of Pink agriculture on the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of Shine Muscat.Effect of salt stress on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Shine Muscat seedlings.The main results were as follows:1.Cluster enhanced the net photosynthetic rate of middle leaves of bearing branch,reduced the base leaves,had no significant on the top leaves.The different nodes leaves had different photosynthetic ability,it showed that the photosynthetic ability was the highest in middle leaves,then was the base leaves,the top leaves was the lowest in the branch with cluster;while the photosynthetic ability in the branch without cluster form high to low was base leaves,middle leaves,top leaves.Cluster had a great influence on the contents of photosynthetic pigment,it was about 6.43%higher in leaves with cluster than the leaves without cluster.The cluster had significantly raised the contents of reducing sugar in middle leaves,98.99%higher than that without cluster.2.Under the conditions of shelter cultivation,the diurnal variation patterns of the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)appeared as a typical bimodal curve.Diurnal course of net photosynthetic rate was affected by the rootstocks,Summer Black,5BB,Beida,Shine Muscat cutting seedlings all gave high net photosynthetic rate(Pn)in the morning,but Shine Muscat cutting seedlings gave significant higher than Summer Black,5BB and Beida.Different rootstocks combinations have different influence on photosynthetic characteristics of Shine Muscat seedling leaves,the indicators of stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)are varies considerably.Overall,Shine Muscat cutting seedlings have better photosynthetic capacity to suitable planting priority under the conditions of shelter cultivation.3.The Pink agriculture films and net cover significantly improved the Pn,Gs and Tr in all the stages of Shine Muscat,and reduced Ci;while they also enhanced the fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter and single fruit weight,compared with the control(CK),and could promote grapes maturing in advance.The finally fruit quality was insignificant between pink agriculture films and net cover,significantly higher than the control.Thus,pink agriculture had significant role in promoting photosynthetic capacity and improving fruit quality of Shine Muscat,and conducive to grape growing.4.New varieties Shine Muscat cutting seedlings was used as test materials to study the effects of NaCl stress on the Photosynthetic Physiological Characteristics.The seedlings were treated with NaCl concentrations at 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%,fresh water as the control.The results showed that 0.1%NaCl did not affect the photosynthetic characteristics of the seedlings,but 0.5%NaCl reduced obviously the net photosynthetic rate(Pn).Moreover,the content of chlorophyll(Chl)decreased significantly;The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and relative conductivity increased significantly with the intensification of the Salt Stress.The research indicated that Shine Muscat could normally grow in the low-salt environment(0.1%NaCl),and it had a certain salt-tolerance in the high salt environment(0.5%NaCl).
