Factor Analysis And Planning Practice For Ecological Tea Plantation

Ecological tea plantation is a professional agricultural park with tea as the main economic crop.Ecological tea plantation takes production as the core and integrates ecology,participation,scientific education.In recent years,ecological tea plantation sees a rapid development and has changed the industry's traditional structure of single cropping patterns and philosophy.Ecological tea plantation has brought good economic,social and ecological benefits,and effectively accelerated the development of urban and rural economy.In this paper,the basic factors and planning of tea plantation are systematically analyzed from the perspective of ecology.Firstly,through the review of the related literature,basic factors that affect the construction of ecological tea plantation are analyzed and summarized as:environment factor,economic factor and social factor.The author conducts a system analysis to these three basic factors,studies the influence of each factor on the ecological tea plantation,and provides the solutions.Secondly,the author uses case analysis method and selects three different types of ecological tea plantation in view of the park area and business mode to do research,in order to analyze the respective patterns and key features,and summarize the success and deficiencies during their planning and construction process.Finally,taking the Nanjing Tang Shan Ecological Tea Plantation as an example,through the analysis of its current situation,resources evaluation,SWOT analysis,the author provides a proposal of systematic planning for Nanjing Tang Shan Ecological Tea Plantation by keeping the existing advantages of the tea plantation,combining relevant theoretical knowledge of planning,and practice.Through the study of the basic factors of ecological tea plantation and planning practice,it is concluded that ecological tea plantation to be' planned and constructed needs to have a good ecological environment,certain economy base and social culture.Environmental factor includes suitable soil conditions,temperature conditions,basic pest control measures,good transportation inside the park and plant configuration.Economy factor includes reasonable choice of tea plantation mode,tea tree varieties,the technical level of park basic facilities and certain marketing methods.Social factor includes rich tea culture and good ecological tourism.Under the premise of meeting these basic factors,Nanjing Tang Shan Ecological Tea Plantation can be systematically planned,including planning principle,goal,eoncept,the functiorn division,the road transportation analysis,the water system vertical analysis,the plant analysis and master floor plan and so on.Giving full consideration of the current situation,modem ecological tea plantation with a certain economic base,can be built into a unique theme park with a collection of ecology,production and tourism,by blending in related tea cultural facilities.
