Forest fire is a natural disaster, it is very harmful to the living environment of human society. In all kinds of forest fires, forest fire is the most dangerous of forest fire. In recent years, in the field of forest fire fighting equipment, the fire fighting and fire fighting, which is based on the Harbin Engineering University, has been studied comprehensively. One of the key components of the forest fire fighting aircraft is the central tube explosion. In order to improve the fire fighting efficiency and ensure the safety and convenience of the fire fighting and air storage, transportation and delivery, this paper studies the central tube explosion of the forest fire fighting aircraft in two yuan.This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:First, according to the characteristics of the work of the two yuan central tube explosion,the work needs, determine the overall design scheme of the central tube explosion of two yuan. Taking into account the charge type and explosion, the hydrazine nitrate and hydrazine hydrate binary liquid explosive type; taking into account the characteristics of mixing and reaction chamber, the slide valve and rotary two binary center tube burst structure designed,to conduct a feasibility analysis. Considering the to the forest fire extinguishing bomb for detonating equipment requirements, select the electric ignition way. Based on this, the structure of the forest fire fighting aircraft is designed.Secondly, the forest fire fighting system is divided into several parts. Which includes the combat unit, the umbrella, the release mechanism, the auxiliary explosive structure.According to the working principle of the system and the design requirements of the functional design, the detailed design of each part of the corresponding function of the various parts. Optimization of the overall structure of the forest fire fighting aircraft.Then, the dispersion performance of the central tube of the two element is the problem.Using the method of numerical simulation and simulation analysis, the main factors which affect the dispersion properties of the center of the two yuan center are studied. The main factors that affect the dispersion of the center of the tube are analyzed, including the method of fire extinguishing agent, the ratio of length to diameter, the ratio of length to diameter, and the ratio of length to diameter. The analysis results show that the dispersion method, the large size of the shell material, the larger the ratio of the length to diameter ratio, the ratio of the size of the material, and the dispersion of the fire extinguishing agent can improve the dispersion performance of the two yuan central tube.In the end, the fire fighting effectiveness of the central tube of two yuan is evaluated.The fire extinguishing agent is a general theory of the explosive force of the powder. Based on the smoothed particle method,the dynamic model is built by using the Autodyn analysis software, and the dynamic analysis of the explosion process of the two yuan central tube is carried out. The change process of the particle of the simulated fire extinguishing agent is completed by combining the theoretical and simulation analysis.In this paper, based on the work characteristics and design requirements of the two yuan central tube explosion, a new type of explosive dispersion extinguishing agent is studied. The fire suppression performance of the dispersion method is evaluated by simulation analysis. It provides the research method and theoretical reference for the optimization of the fire fighting efficiency of forest fire suppression.
