In the industrial and commercial society,the change of social structure,the development of electronic commerce,people under the great pressure,affect people's physical and mental health,in the busy life,mainly focus on physical health,better pursuit of spiritual harmony,herb is the new mainstream green leisure in recent years,also carrying the herbs into people's life,incenseGrass plants gradually popular,widely favored by the public,the role can not be ignored.Especially in Landscape Application Show great potential,vanilla plants set green environment,color flower environment,beautify the environment,fragrant flowers in the environmentOne?As one of the herb plants,sage has many excellent qualities.ChanglvnaiCold,perennial flowers,strong vitality,low planting cost,simple maintenance and management extensive,ecological landscapeProminent value.Ordos City,Inner Mongolia is a semi-arid climate zone,light and heat resources suitable for planting salvia.It is feasible and representative to study the cutting propagation and cultivation experiment of Salvia in Erdos City,Inner 'Mongolia.The experiment mainly through different media and different rooting powder concentration,different spray time,different cutting parts,the latter through different irrigation cycle,growth and development,status of nitrogen fertilizer and different planting conditions of different observation sage,explore the best growth conditions which,The results of the study are as follows:(1)Best combination to improve the rooting rate is A2B1C1D3,the proportion of matrix 6:4 + 5cm + water + long branches leave crown leaves,because the test no A2B1C1D3 group,so choose the most similar group of fifth group A2B1C2D3 is the best group.(2)The influence factors of fresh root weight maximum is D(branch processing),the biggest factors affecting root number:D(shoot processing),factors affecting the longest maximum:D(shoot processing),influencing factors of maximum plant height:C(shoot length).(3)Three factor three level test in different period of rooting effect on the sage results:the 2 groups of the MR root,rooting speed,good condition,by inference,2 groups of A1B2C2 matrix(6:4)+ rooting powder concentration(1000ppm)+ water long 20s is the best group.(4)The relationship between the orthogonal test and the survival rate of the plant:the best combination of experimental factors of the highest survival rate was A]B]C2D2.The survival rate was highest when the leaves were treated with the whole plant and the irrigation period was 3 days.(5)The relationship between the orthogonal test and the flowering rate:the optimal experimental factors were A1B1C1D1.When the leaves were treated with the whole plant,the irrigation period was 3 days,the ground was not treated,and the flowering rate was highest.So experiment 1 is the best group.(6)The relationship between the orthogonal test and the increase of plant height:the optimal experimental factors were A1B1C3D2.The plant height increased to the highest level in two layers of the whole plant and the irrigation period of 3 days.So experiment 1 is the best group.(7)The relationship between orthogonal test and crown:optimal combination factors test for A1B3C2D2,both in the leaves of whole plant,irrigation period of 14 days,the ground layer,when the urea topdressing crown as the largest sage.(8)The relationship between the orthogonal test and the leaf area:the optimal test factor was A1B2C3D2,which was the largest in the whole leaf,the irrigation period of 7 days,the surface layer of the membrane,and the top area of the sage was the maximum when the urea was used for the top dressing.(9)The relationship between the orthogonal test and the number of branches:the optimal combination of experimental factors was AIB2C2D2,the total number of branches was the highest when the leaves were treated with the whole plant,the irrigation period was about 7 days,and the surface layer of the membrane was used.Experiment 2 is the best combination.(10)The results of a comprehensive analysis of the indicators of orthogonal test:the optimal combination of the orthogonal experiment for A1B2C2D2,that is to say in the whole plant,irrigation period of 7 days,to a layer of film,rate,plant height,flowering rate,leaf area and crown width,branch number to achieve the optimal survival of sage seedling Topdressing Urea under the condition of.
