The Research On Three Kinds Of Lavender Soft Cutting Technology

Lavender is a plant of the genus Labiatae,it’s simple to maintenance and manage ment,it is water-saving, the flower represents romance.At the same time, Lavender has a high ornamental value.Research by asexual reproduction to retain the excellent qual ity of lavender, expand the types of urban green space cover plant in Inner Mongolia a nd realize the collaborative development and utilization of landscape and economic va lue. So the research on the technology of softwood cuttings of lavender is undoubtedl y one of the important development direction of Inner Mongolia landscaping on the ar id region and semi arid region.In this thesis,single factor experiment on the factors that may affect the softcuttin gbranches’s rooting of lavender,on the basis of this,choose effect remarkable factor, re spectively in spring and autumn two seasons L9(34) orthogonal experiment,was carrie d out,a total of 18 tests in two seasons,each test three repeats. The four factors are cult ivation medium,Lavender varieties,concentrations of ABT and spray time.After 1 year s observation,research and analysis of different treatment of lavender softwood cutting rooting rate,root morphology including root length, root fresh weight.The main results are as follows:(1)Different kinds of cultivation medium,lavender varieties,different concentration of ABT,spray time and cutting types impact on lavender cutting rooting.ABT has the promoted effect cutting rooting lavender in two season.The best effect of cutting season is spring while the spring is batter than autumn.(2)single factor experiment showed that best combination of survival rate is the proportion of the substrates7:3,Lavandula latifolia Vill,concentrations of ABT is 1200ppm and spray time is 6s. At the same time cutting length also have certain influence to the lavender rooting rate.In this test the rooting rate of cuttings length 6cm to 10cm slightly higher than the other two length.(3)Orthogonal test of spring showed that the highest rooting rate is 99.73%and th e lowest rooting rate is 85.13%,in the spring of softwood cuttings root fresh weight of the highest can reach 3.19 g,the minimum root fresh weight is 0.92 g,the root effect in dex up to 2.21 and the minimum for root effect index 0.35.(4)Orthogonal test ofautumn showed that the treat which has the highest rooting r ate 98.32%and the lowest rooting rate 61.12%,in the spring of softwood cuttings root fresh weight of the highest can reach 10.34g, the minimum root fresh weight is 2.93 g,t he root effect index up to 0.56 and the minimum for root effect index 0.13.(5)Through the survey, the lavender has two comprehensive rooting types, cortex rooting type and callus rooting type.
