Study On Thermal Treatment Technique Of Verticillium Dahliae In Imported Cottonseed Hulls

Cottonseed hulls carry pathogenic bacteria is Verticillium dahilae long-distance transmission of important ways.Verticillium dahliae is a dangerous,stubborn and strong fungal disease,has been listed as a quarantine pest in china.Cottonseed hulls is the main raw material of fungus.There is a high risk of importing plant outbreaks in cottonseed hulls.This paper studies the heat treatment of cotton seed hulls with the case of verticillium.The method of selecting suitable heat treatment for the properties and Uses of cottonseed hulls is obtained.The influence degree of cottonseed hulls planting was confirmed by the test of water rate and the rate of the yield of cotton seed after treatment.The heat treatment conditions of the study were validated by batch processing of cottonseed hulls.The main results are as follows:Microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae were treated with 9 dry heat treatments and 27 moisture heat treatmenst.The results show that,Microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae did not completely inactivated when the temperature is 85℃,90℃,95℃ under the condition of the processing time of 90～180 min.Microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae did completely inactivation when temperature 95℃RH50%180min,95℃RH80%120 min to 180 min,90℃ RH80%180 min.The sure way of treatment condition about cottonseed hulls carrying microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae is material center temperature 95℃,relative humidity 80%container or heat treatment device,the processing time of 120 min.When the moisture heat processing of no less than 65%relative humidity,the moisture content of cottonseed hulls had no significant effect,and the storage of cottonseed hulls had no effect.The fruiting rate of Tremella fuciformis had no effect when temperature 95 ℃ RH80%120 min to 180 min.Cottonseed hulls branch(4500 kg)mixed with microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae did completely inactivation when temperature 95℃,RH80%to processing 120 min.It was indicated in the paper that,the treatment condition about cottonseed hulls can meet the requirements of plant disease bacteria elimination of processing when material center temperature 95℃,relative humidity 80%container or heat treatment device,the processing time of 120 min.Cottonseed hulls processed shall not affect the moisture content and fruiting rate as tremella,etc.The basic requirement of edible fungus cultivation matrix.The research results can accumulate basic data for,quarantine treatment work,promote the development of plant quarantine treatment technology products.
