In order to reveal the effects of common pesticides and fertilizers on the growth of microsclerotia, In the commonly used on the production of three kinds of fungicides, three kinds of pesticides and six kinds of herbicides as research materials, the comprehensive assessment of all kinds of pesticides in soil Verticillium dahliae the number of microsclerotia, spore germination and mycelial growth. Aimed at the sustainable control for the safe use of pesticides and Verticillium provide a theoretical basis. The results are as follows:1. After three kinds of fungicides tested in soil, quantity of Verticillium dahliae Microsclerotia showed different degrees of reduction. With the increase of the concentration of fungicides, the number of microsclerotia decreased gradually in soil,50% PCNB WP on microsclerotia quantity obvious effect, the decrease rate was 13.5%. Bioassay results showed that the tested agents on Verticillium dahliae had some mycelial growth inhibition, the strongest effects on Verticillium dahliae mycelium growth inhibition is 2.5% Celest SC, followed by a 11% fine, slightly-azoxystrobin SC, the inhibition rate was 88.1% and 86.84% respectively.2.6 kinds of herbicides at certain concentrations in soil can reduce the number of Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia. The number of Microsclerotia decreased obviously for the 960g/L EC 11.2% dual gold. Such agents inhibitory effect on the performance of Verticillium dahliae mycelium growth in general, when dealing with a high concentration of 20% conventional pharmaceutical usage, inhibited the growth of microsclerotia significant effect of the 960g/L metolachlor EC (28.33%) and 480g/L Treflan EC(21.7%).3.3 kinds of insecticides on the effect of microsclerotium number in soil was not obvious, but to Verticillium dahliae mycelium growth has certain inhibitory effect, which the inhibition effect of 2.5% lambda Cyhalothrin EW good inhibition rate was 20.6%, followed by 70% Actara WP and 5% imidacloprid EC inhibition rate were 15.3% and 11.2% respectively. Insecticides inhibited spore germination effect is poor, the inhibitory effect was less than 9%.4. Changes in soil temperature and Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia proportional to the number, as the temperature increased, the number of microsclerotia increases.
