In this experiment,the effects of different remediation materials and non-applied repair(CK)were compared with organic fertilizer remediation(T1),maize straw section remediation(T2),corn straw segment+microbial agent remediation(T3),and cucumbers were colonized after 30 days of remediation,and their effects on the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil in the facility,the activity of soil enzymes and the growth and development indexes,yield and incidence of the planted cucumbers were measured,and the effects of different remediation materials on the soil properties of the facility and the colonization of cucumbers were studied.The soil remediation materials of the facilities with significant remediation effects were screened out in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective remediation of the soil of the facilities,and the specific results were as follows:1.Physical and chemical properties of facility soil:repair for 30d in non-planting state.Compared with the control,the soil p H value and EC value of 0-20 cm were significantly reduced,and the content of soil organic matter,available nitrogen and available phosphorus was significantly increased by 0-20 cm,and the soil moisture content and soil available potassium content of 0-20 cm were significantly increased compared with the control.From the end of the colonization of cucumbers to the end of remediation,the soil p H and water content showed an upward trend,and the soil EC value,organic matter,available nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus content showed a downward trend.After remediation for 115d,the soil moisture content of 10-20 cm was significantly increased by the maize straw section treatment compared with the control,the soil p H value and EC value of the maize straw section+microbial agent were significantly reduced by 0-20 cm compared with the control,and the soil moisture content of 0-10 cm was significantly increased by 0-10 cm,and the content of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus was significantly increased by 0-20cm compared with the control.2.Facility soil enzyme activity:repair for 30d in non-planting state.Compared with the control,the organic fertilizer treatment significantly increased the activities of soil urease and protease by 0-20 cm soil and the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the soil of0-20 cm,the activity of soil glucanase in the corn straw section significantly increased by0-20 cm compared with the control,and the activity of soil catalase and sucrose in the 0-20cm soil was significantly increased by the maize straw segment+microbial fungus treatment,and the activity of soil amylase in the soil was significantly increased by 0-20cm compared with the control.From the end of colonization of cucumbers to the end of remediation,soil catalase,amylase,dextranase and protease all showed a downward trend,and soil urease,alkaline phosphatase and sucrase all showed a downward trend.After remediation for 115d,the activities of soil alkaline phosphatase and 0-10 cm soil protease of 10-20 cm were significantly increased compared with the control,the activities of soil amylase of 0-10 cm were significantly increased by the maize straw section treatment,and the activities of soil catalase,urease,dextrose and sucrase,soil amylase and protease of10-20 cm,and 0~0~20 cm were significantly increased by the maize straw segment+microbial agent treatment Soil alkaline phosphatase activity of 10 cm.3.Growth and development indexes of cucumber:compared with ck,plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and maximum leaf area increased by 9.85cm,0.1mm,0.5 and42.614cm~2,respectively;Compared with the control,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and maximum leaf area of maize straw segment increased by 5.125cm,0.12mm,1.5 and 86.807cm~2,respectively.Compared with the control,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and maximum leaf area were increased by 31.325cm,1.25mm,3.3and 190.626cm~2,respectively.The node position of the first female flower in the treatment of corn stalk+microbial agent was lower than that in the control and other treatments.The number of nodes of female flowers in 10 nodes and 10 to 20 nodes in corn straw segment+microbial agent treatment were higher than those in control and other treatments.4.Cucumber yield:the fruit number,fruit weight,yield per plant,yield per plot and yield per mu of the plots treated with organic fertilizer and corn straw+microbial agent were higher than those of the control,and there were extremely significant differences.Fruit number,fruit weight,yield per plant,yield per plot and yield per mu increased by36.3,0.01kg,0.18kg,7.36kg and 436.14kg,respectively,compared with the control.The fruit number of plots,yield per plant,yield of plots and yield per mu increased by 24 plots,0.08kg,3.36kg and 199.21kg,respectively,compared with the control.The fruit number,fruit weight,yield per plant,yield per plot and yield per mu increased by 38.7,0.02kg,0.25kg,10kg and 592.83kg,respectively,compared with the control.Cucumber yield was significantly negatively correlated with soil p H,soil EC value,soil organic matter,soil available potassium,soil urease and protease,and soil available nitrogen,soil catalase,amylase and protease.And soil water content,soil available phosphorus,soil glucanase and alkaline phosphatase were not significantly correlated.5.Cucumber disease incidence:Cucumber downy mildew plants treated with organic fertilizer have a later onset of disease than other treatments,and the disease develops slowly.The leaf disease rate and disease index of cucumber downy mildew treated with organic fertilizer were reduced by 1.49%and 7.497%,respectively,the disease rate and disease index of the corn straw section were reduced by 0.328%and 2.765%,respectively,compared with the control,and the disease rate and disease index of the corn straw section+microbial agent treatment were reduced by 0.178%and 3.709%,respectively,compared with the control.The plants treated with corn straw segment+microbial agent for cucumber powdery mildew developed later than the control and other treatments,and the disease progression was slower;the leaf rate and disease index of powdery mildew disease in cucumber treated with organic fertilizer were reduced by 0.409%and 0.069%,respectively,the disease rate and disease index of corn straw section were reduced by0.021%and 4.038%compared with the control,respectively,and the disease rate and disease index of corn straw section+microbial agent treatment were reduced by 0.629%and 4.705%,respectively,compared with the control.6.Correlation analysis:The yield of cucumber and soil organic matter,soil available potassium,soil urease and protease after remediation of different remediation materials were significantly positively correlated,and the soil p H was significantly negatively correlated,and the soil available nitrogen,soil catalase,amylase and sucrase were significantly positively correlated,and the soil EC value was significantly negatively correlated.The cucumber downy mildew disease index and soil protease after the remediation of different remediation materials were significantly negatively correlated,and the soil p H and EC values were significantly positively correlated,and the soil organic matter,available potassium,available phosphorus,soil catalase,urease,amylase and alkaline phosphatase were significantly negatively correlated.The cucumber powdery mildew disease index and soil p H after the remediation of different remediation materials were significantly positively correlated,and the soil moisture content was significantly negatively correlated,and the soil organic matter,available potassium,soil catalase,urease,alkaline phosphatase and sucrose were significantly negatively correlated.7.Comprehensive indicators,remediation in non-planting state for 30d,corn straw segment+microbial agent treatment significantly reduced the soil p H value and EC value compared with the control,significantly increased the soil organic matter and available phosphorus content,soil catalase,sucrase and urease activities,increased soil amylase activity.From the end of the colonization of cucumbers to the end of remediation,the treatment of corn straw segment+microbial agent significantly reduced the soil p H value and EC value,significantly increased the content of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus,and significantly increased the activities of soil catalase,urease,amylase and sucrase.The growth and development indexes of cucumbers were optimal;the yield was significantly higher than that of the control;the leaf disease rate and disease index of powdery mildew in cucumber were low with control and other treatments. |
