Biomass such as straw and wood can be burned with oxygen(or oxygen limited)pyrolysis to produce pyroligneous acid.Pyroligneous acid is a kind of acidic substances,and has wide application value,as antibacterial agent,growth promoter,foliar fertilizer,pesticides and herbicides used in agricultural production,to increase the yield of crops,reduce insect pests has very important influence.Rice seedling blight is the rice planting area exists a soil borne disease,is spread fast,difficult to control.The control of rice seedling Damping off is the main chemical pesticides used in organic farming can not be under way,using the material instead of chemical pesticides to control rice seedling blight is a key link in organic rice cultivation must break through.Rice belongs to acid loving plants,pyroligneous acid contains a lot of organic substances,diluted can effectively inhibit the spread of rice seedling blight occurrence and control of rice seedling blight,and promote the growth of rice seedlings.In this paper,as the research object of rice seedling seedling test,explore pyroligneous acid and improve the inhibition of rice seedling blight of rice seedling quality optimum application method.The results are as follows:(1)The quality of rice seedlings treated with 50 times pyroligneous acid was the best,followed by 100 times pyroligneous acid treatment.The effect of different concentration of pyroligneous acid on rice seedling height was not obvious;the chlorophyll content of rice seedlings increased with the increase of pyroligneous acid concentration.When the seedlings were grown for twentieth days,the chlorophyll content of CK increased by 50 compared with 108.37%times of pyroligneous acid treatment,compared with the chemical seedling raising agent,the seedlings increased by 32.51%.50 times of pyroligneous acid treatment seedlings chlorophyll content increased quickly;50 times of pyroligneous acid processing plant growth and chemical treatment of the seedling had little difference;the amount of rice seedling biological pyroligneous acid treatment was significantly higher than that of CK and chemical treatment of seedling.(2)The change of dry matter accumulation trend of rice seedlings under different treatments were consistent with the chemical,seedling treatment,100 times pyroligneous acid processing of rice seedling dry matter accumulation compared to other treatments,300 times pyroligneous acid processing of rice seedling dry matter accumulation was the lowest,but was still higher than that of CK treated pyroligneous acid seedlings reached the rice machine transplanting seedling dry weight above 3g seedling standard.In the process of rice seedling raising,the accumulation ofnitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in Rice Seedlings under various treatments showed a trend of gradual increase,and reached a plateau in the late stage of rice seedling raising.The higher the concentration of pyroligneous acid,the higher the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in rice seedlings.The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in rice seedlings treated with chemical seedling strengthening agent was the highest and 50 times.The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in rice seedlings treated with liquid was the highest.(3)Pyroligneous acid treatment can improve the content of soil available nutrients,including100 times liquid treatment can effectively delay the soil nutrient decline trend,this trend and pyroligneous acid treatment on nitrogen phosphorus potassium content of seedling and enhance the role of the consistent performance.Various treatments of soil p H value with the growth of rice seedlings to slowly rising trend,to the late rice seedlings,200 times pyroligneous acid handling,fluid handling soil pH were higher than 5.5,the blank controls p H 5.84 biggest,other processing basic at the optimum pH within the range of 4.5 ~ 5.5.The treatment of rice seedlings of rice seedlings with 50 times pyroligneousr acid was the best,with 43.37%(4)The results showed that under the treatment of pyroligneous acid,the control effect of rice seedlings was significantly negatively correlated with soil p H,and was significantly or significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen and total phosphorus in rice plants.
