| The functions of city greening include beautifying the city,purifying the air,improving the natural environment,providing areas of activity and relaxation,using as emergency shelter,,inheriting civilization,enhancing the quality of science and education,and even more functions.The level of city greening has become an important index to measure an ecological civilized city,which makes strengthen the green management become the fundamental way to improve the ecological environment of the city.Nowadays fine management of city greening has been put on the agenda.But the reasons of serious issues at present like the shortage of a longtime programming,weak construction supervision,backward management system,lacking of routine maintenance should be deeply explored.This article draws conclusion from the research on the issues of city municipal road and park greening,which exist in Nansha District of Guangzhou.It’s found that the problems mainly existing in the following aspects:first is lacking of overall planning in municipal road and park greening,or a little weak planing,which directs the repeated investment happen frequently;second is under the impact of government performance oriented,the construction process of city usually aims at the effect of instant image,but ignores the law of natural growth,thus fails to produce long-term ecological benefits;third is the decision-making mechanism is deficient,the planning and construction of municipal roads and green park still exist the phenomenon like the unreasonable,unscientific and regardless of people’s livelihood.Fourth is the management mechanism is incomplete..The issues on the management of city municipal road and park greening in Nansha District of Guangzhou are representative and universal.Through systematic analysis and research on the experience at home and abroad,the conclusions drawn from the present study are as follows:First is the green construction should be a long-term planning and implement with step-by-step;Second is introducing the advanced construction and management principles in municipal road and park greening,to avoid the "image project" and "achievement projects";Third is maintaining a strict standard during the whole process of municipal road and park greening project;Fourth is strengthening the construction of the afforest maintenance team to do the daily maintenance and management work and actively introduce the advanced maintenance technology;Fifth is tightening up the legal system and regulations on the management construction of city municipal road and park greening,and intensifying the law enforcement efforts to guarantee the positive effects of green products invested by the government effectively.Meanwhile,doing more publicity and creating a nice atmosphere to heighten the environmental awareness. |
