Transplanting is one of the effective measures to increase yield and yield of maize,which can improve the quality of maize seedling and enhance the ability of resisting pests and diseases.Ditching operation is the main link of corn transplanting,the current corn transplanting ditch width is uncertain,leading to the occurrence of buried seedlings phenomenon,in order to avoid this undesirable phenomenon,is designed a ditch depth,ditch width,wing Length adjustable opener,and the field performance of the experimental study,to determine the transplanter opener design of the optimal parameters for the development of corn transplanting technology and equipment to provide theoretical and practical basis.On the basis of a large number of references,the paper uses the combination of theory and experiment to improve the corn transplanting machine.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The optimal design scheme of the overall structure of the transplanter was established.The structure and working principle of the furrow opener are introduced,and the design of the furrow opener is introduced.In the design of the key parts,the width of the flap on both sides of the opener is the angle of the flap on both sides conduct the optimize the design.(2)Using Solidworks software to simulate the transplanter furrow opener.The main models established include the opener angle,the wing angle adjustment,the wing length adjustment,the wing part and the connection part to be modeled.After the completion of each component modeling,the transplanter opener is assembled and the assembly of the created model is simply checked to determine the dimensions of the part size and the location of the assembly.The results show that the opener can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,and the design parameters are reasonable.(3)In order to meet the agronomic requirements of the opener operation quality,it was field tested.The influence of the three factors on the seedling rate and the uprightness of the seedlings was studied.The results showed that the influence of these three factors on the seedling rate was from large to small order For:the type of opener,the depth of the opener into the soil,the machine's operating speed.The extent to which these three factors affect the verticality of the seedlings is in the order of the opener,the depth of the opener,and the speed of the machine.It is concluded that the opener type is the opener of the improved scheme II,the speed of the machine operation is 0.5m/s,the incision depth of the opener is 70mm,the seedling rate of the machine is 5.1%,and the standing degree of the seedlings is also Reaching 84.6%,the actual ditch depth stability of 94.2%.The stability of the ridge,the stability of the ditch and the width of the ditch and the flatness of the ditch are in accordance with the national standard of maize transplanting ridge shape indicators,the machine provides a reference for the future improvement.
