In order to enrich and improve the male sterile lines of Chinese cabbage crops,Purple stalk Chinese cabbage,Greens Komatsuna and Brassica parachinensis which are three kinds of Chinese cabbage vegetables inbred lines are used as test material,the new male sterile lines of nuclear gene were selected by directional breeding method.Taking advantage of sterile lines to test hybrid combinations and perform identification of its horticultural traits.The main results are as follows:1.The sterile source is '00S107' which is a male sterile line of Pakchoi inherited by multiple allele.The sterile gene was transformed into the selfing line 'Xianghong 1' of Purple stalk Chinese cabbage by continuous back-cross.On the basis of the previous two generations of back-cross work,two back-cross generations were completed,and the saturated effect was achieved.Through the selfing,sib cross and test cross,acquiring the AB line and temporary maintainer line as well as male sterile lines.Their horticultural traits are similar to the parents and the sterility rate reaches 100%.Using the 'GMSZ5' as the female parent,the hybrid combinations were combined with the five inbred lines of the Purple stalk Chinese cabbage,and the better hybrid combinations 'ZH2' were screened by varieties comparison experiment which takes 'Lianghong 6' as the control.2.The sterile source is '06SX110' which is the Milk Chinese cabbage male sterile line inherited by complex allele.The sterile gene was transformed into the selfing line 'Y01' of Brassica parachinensis by continuous back-cross.On the basis of two previous back-cross generations,two back-cross generations were completed,and the saturated effect was achieved.Acquiring the AB line and temporary maintainer line through the selfing,sib cross and test cross.Their horticultural traits are similar to the AB line type ? and the temporary maintainer line,the effect of directional breeding has been achieved.3.The sterile source is same to Brassica parachinensis.On the basis of the two previous back-cross generations,the sterile gene was transformed continually into to the Greens Komatsuna selfing line 'A02' until the end of fourth back-cross generation,eventually achieving the saturated effect.Acquiring the AB line and temporary maintainer line through the selfing,sib cross and test cross.Their horticultural traits are similar to the AB line type ?and the temporary maintainer line,the effect of directional breeding has been achieved.
