To obtain the optimal irrigation pattern in the contradiction and current situation of shortage of water resources and irrational irrigation in the development of greenhouse vegetable,Tomato Debeili was used as the experimental material in this experiment, and four different membrane drip irrigation treatments of T1(150% ET0),T2(120% ET0),T3(100% ET0)and T4(80% ET0)were set to study the effect of different irrigation amount on growth, yield, dry matter accumulation and soil environment of the wintering tomato in greenhouse, with a view to clarifying the optimal irrigation management index for the growth of wintering tomato in Yangling,Shaanxi, taking furrow irrigation(100% ET0)as a control. The main results are as follows:1.Different irrigation treatments had different effects on the plant height, stem diameter and leaf number of the plants in the growth process of tomato. After 50 d of colonization, the plant height, stem diameter and leaf number of T2 treated tomatoes were increased by 15.7 cm,0.2 mm and 0.2 piece respectively, compared with the control. The lateral growth and dry matter accumulation of plant stalk in T1 treatment and T2 treatment were significantly better than those in other irrigation levels, and T2 treatment had better effect on plant robustness and had the highest yield.T1 treatment had the best effect on the growth of leaves, but the difference was not significant with the T2 treatment, which indicated that the increase of irrigation amount could promote the growth of leaves of tomato plants and increase the number of leaves and that the growth of leaves would be limited if the water was limited. The number of leaves of tomato plants was not obviously affected by different irrigation amount under the same fertilization conditions. Therefore, the appropriate increase in the amount of irrigation is conducive to the increase of the plant height and stem diameter,of tomatoes, but the excessively high amount of irrigation would not promote the growth of plants, instead it played a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of tomato plants.2.The promotion effect of T1 treatment and T2 treatment on the increase of the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of tomato plants was better than that of other treatments. In T4 drip irrigation, water supply was insufficient, and tomato photosynthesis was limited. It was shown that the proper increase of irrigation level was beneficial for tomato to improve stomatal conductance, which was more favorable for the increase of net photosynthetic rate and enhancement of photosynthesis.3.In the same amount of irrigation, drip irrigation and furrow irrigation had little effect on soil phosphatase activity. In T2 treatment, the phosphatase activity of the soil at different depths of 0 cm,10 cm and 20 cm with the roots as the center were higher than that of other levels of irrigation,so T2 treatment is the most appropriate way to improve the phosphatase activity. In conclusion,120% ET0 was recommended as an irrigation standard for the cultivation of wintering tomato in greenhouse in Yangling.
