Study On Nutrition Pot Finished Seedling Propagation Of Kiwifruit In Greenhouse

The finished seedling garden can bear fruit,shorten the payback period,it has been widely used in foreign countries.The development of kiwifruit in Shaanxi is rapidly,but it is lack of high-quality seedlings,and the breeding technology has restricted the development of kiwifruit industry.Greenhouse nutrition bowl nursery can shorten the breeding cycle,rapid seedling breeding,is a good way for the production of high quality seedling.In this study,we studied the related technology and management methods of kiwifruit greenhouse nursery in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province from the aspects of seed selection,heating measures,substrate types,transplanting time and grafting in different periods.We used the wild kiwifruit in northern Qinling Mountains as the test material studied to study the greenhouse seedling and field seedling by measuring the seedling emergence time,seedling emergence rate,uniformity and growth;we used the one year old seedling of wild kiwifruit in greenhouse nutrition bowl in the northern foot of Qinling Mountain as the rootstock,and used the Qihong,Hongyang,Mongdajinmi,Xuxiang,Cuixiang and Hayward as the scion to graft in different periods(August 15 th,September 5th,September 25 th,the following year in February 20th)to study the suitable grafting time by measuring grafting survival rate,germination rate and seedling growth in next year for wild kiwifruit seedling.The main results are as follows:1.To use as rootstock,the wild and delicious kiwifruit is better than the cultivated variety in rate of emergence,uniformity and growth potential.2.Compared with the field seedling,the kiwifruit greenhouse breeding has short emergence time,high germination rate and fast growth.The temperature of 25℃ can promote the germination and growth of seedlings.Heating treatment could make the kiwifruit seedlings be unearthed and grow up 16 d in advance and improve the seedling emergence rate.3.The seedling growth of matrix Z1 and transplanting period S2 were significantly different from those in the same group.The optimal combination is Z1S2,it is plant height and ground diameter were significantly higher than other combinations,it is be next only to Z2S1 in biomass,leaf area,and it has the highest comprehensive seedling index,it is up to 1.159.4.With the passage of time,the survival rate,germination rate and growth rate will decrease in autumn of Qihong,Hongyang,Mongdajinmi,Xuxiang,Cuixiang and Hayward.The best grafting time of kiwifruit is August 15 th,the sooner the grafting,the greater the growth.5.Compared the grafting survival rate,germination rate and growth rate in next year of different cultivars by using the wild delicious kiwifruit seedling as the rootstock,the Qihong,Hongyang and Mongdajinmi is higher,Xuxiang and Cuixiang take second place,Hayward is lowest.6.The grafting survival rate of different varieties in spring was similar to that in autumn,but the germination rate and growth rate in next year were significantly lower than that in spring,and the spring grafting is helpful to the germination and growth of all varieties.
