Experiments were conducted with three potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)cultivars such as‘Favorita',‘Kexin13'and‘Yanshu 4'in the daqing city of heilongjiang province in 2015,by combining the field sampling and chemical analysis laboratory method, measuring the content of soluble sugars and sugar metabolism related enzyme activity and yield formation, studied the tuber content of soluble sugars and sugar metabolism related enzyme activity changes dynamically during different organs and different positions, the relations of starch content with other soluble sugars, the variation of the potato production in the blades, petioles, roots, stolons and tubers of potato in tuber formation stage(after emergence40~50d),tuber expansion period(after emergence 50~70d),starch accumulation period(after emergence70~80d),tuber mature period(after emergence 80~90d).The aim of this experiment was to formate potato sugar accumulation pattern and potato sugar metabolism and we want to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance to increase the yield and physiological research of potato. The main results were as follows:1.After emergence 40~50d,in tubers, the content of starch and glucose increased, and the content of sucrose, soluble sugar and reducing sugar decreased. In leaves, the content of starch, sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose increased. In petioles and roots, the content of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose increased, the content of starch and sucrose decreased. In stolons, the content of sucrose, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose increased the content of starch and soluble sugar decreased. After emergence 50~60d,in tubers, the content of starch and fructose increased, the content of sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and glucose decreased. In leaves, the content of glucose and fructose increased, the content of starch, sucrose, reducing sugar and soluble sugar decreased. In petioles, the content of starch, sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and glucose decreased. In leaves, the contentof glucose and fructose increased, the content of starch, sucrose, reducing sugar and soluble sugar decreased. In petioles, the content of starch, sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose decreased. In roots, the content of starch increased, the content of sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose decreased. In stolons, the content of starch and soluble sugar increased, the content of sucrose, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose decreased. After emergence 70~80d,in tubers, the content of sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose decreased. In leaves and petioles, the content of sucrose, reducing sugar, soluble sugar, glucose and fructose increased, the content of starch decreased. In roots, the content of fructose increased, the content of starch, sucrose, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and glucose decreased. In stolons, the content of sucrose, reducing sugar, glucose and fructose increased the content of starch and soluble sugar decreased. After emergence 80~90d,in tubers, the content of starch, sucrose, soluble sugar and fructose increased, the content of reducing sugar and glucose decreased.2.After emergence 40 ~50d,in tubers, the activities of SS,starch phosphorylase and amylase increased, the activities of invertase and SPS decreased. In leaves, the activities of invertase enzyme,SS and SPS increased. In petioles, the activities of invertase and SS increased, the activity of SPS decreased. In roots, the activity of invertase increased, the activities of SS and SPS decreased. In stolons, the activity of SPS increased, the activities of invertase and SS decreased. After emergence 50~60d,in tubers, the activities of SS and starch phosphorylase increased, and the activities of invertase,SPS and amylase decreased. In leaves and petioles, the activities of invertase,SS and SPS activity decreased. In roots, the activity of SS increased, the activities of invertase and SPS decreased. In stolons, the activities of invertase and SS increased, the activity of SPS decreased. After emergence 60~70d,in tubers, the activities of SS and starch phosphorylase increased, and the activities of invertase,SPS and amylase decreased. In leaves and petioles, the activities of invertase,SS and SPS decreased. In roots, the activity of SS increased, the activities of invertase and SPS decreased. In leaves, the activities of invertase and SPS increased, the activity of SS decreased. In petioles, roots and stolons, the activity of SPS increased, the activities of invertase and SS decreased. After emergence 80~90d,in tubers, the activity of SS increased, the activities of invertase,SPS,starch phosphorylase and amylase reduced.3.Through multiple regression analysis and path analysis, reducing sugars of leaves and sucrose of petioles accumulation had promoting effects on the formation of tuber starch, and sucrose of petioles played a more important role.4.Through multiple regression analysis and path analysis,SPS of petioles and starch phosphorylase of tuber activities had promoting effects on the formation of tuber starch, and SPS of petioles played an important role,by promoting sucrose of petioles to form and continuously transporting to the tuber,in turn, promoting the tuber formation and accumulation of starch.5.The content of carbohydrate had differences between each part of the tuber, but the content of starch in different parts represented rising trend with the passage of growth period, the content of starch in the pith was the highest;the content of sucrose declined, the content of sucrose in the pith was the highest;the content of reducing sugar and glucose represented single peak curve, reaching to the peak after emergence70d;soluble sugar and fructose content was opposite changes. In different parts of tubers, the activities of invertase and SS were reached trough after emergence 70d;SS and starch phosphorylase showed a single peak curve, reaching crest after emergence 70d;amylase activity was decreasing.6.Through multiple regression analysis and path analysis, the content of glucose in leaves and petioles, soluble sugar in stolons had remarkable effects on yield.
