| At present,the domestic development of wheeled tractor products in agricultural machinery and engineering has been greatly improved,especially the front loading and post excavation applications have been basically improved.But with the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and other fields,the tractor operation types gradually increased.With a large number of operation modes,such as cross operation and multiple operation,the tractors require more and more functions,and its engineering variant products tend to diversify.In 2011 the Ministry of agriculture's report ?The demand analysis of building new countryside machinery equipment?analyzes the demand of forklift products in the fields of farm operation,feed production and new energy production,and the report presents the handling requirements of agricultural material products.Under this background,according to the requirements of the new agriculture and the new rural foundry machinery and equipment,to develop a suitable machine which is used in agriculture,animal husbandry and forestry with flat ground or damaged surface is very necessary.The tractor-forklift is not only suitable for loading and unloading,stacking and handling of materials,but also can be used in the work of the new rural construction,pipeline laying,terminal yard and other work environment,such as loading and unloading,handling,transfer and so on.The main work of this thesis includes:1?In view of the current demand for the material handling vehicles in agriculture,animal husbandry,forestry and other industries,this paper puts forward the research subject of market research and discusses the development status of domestic and foreign related products.2?According to the specific operating requirements and working environment,plans to use four-wheel drive tractor transmission system,matching power 29.4kW.Secondly,according to the requirements of the material handling vehicles,such as agriculture,animal husbandry,forestry and other industries,to determine the basic design parameters of 1.5 tons tractor-forklift: rated lifting weight of 1500 kg,the maximum lifting height of 3300 mm,in order to give full play to the four wheel drive and off-road performance in the flat ground or damaged surface,to satisfy the operational requirements.3?On the basis of determining the basic parameters of the 1.5t tractor-forklift,the main parts are selected and designed,including the four-wheel drive tractor transmission system,the working device of the industrial forklift,the tire selection and so on.4?Pro/E software is used to build the virtual prototype of the 1.5t tractor-forklift,and complete the design of the frame,the roof guard,the cover and so on.The finite element analysis is carried out on the connecting device of the door frame through the Mechanica module embedded in the Pro/E software,and is optimized according to the analysis structure.5?According to the design of the drawing,the correctness and rationality of the design drawings have been verified by the whole machine.Through the test of the whole machine,the basic performance parameters of the machine meet the design requirements,and the stability of the machine can meet the requirements of the stability test of EN1726-1:1999 annex H. |
