China is a country with a large population,the annual consumption of meat are improved.In recent years,mutton annual yield up to about 4 millions tons,all meat products accounted for nearly 1/10.China's sheep breeding in the backyard mode,through the acquisition of sheep weight information weighbridge weighing way,not only spend a lot of manpower resources and weighing efficiency is low,can not meet the growing demand of fine feeding mode.This paper is based on the study of animal husbandry mechanization in Heilongjiang Province,according to the requirements of ?Study on the processing system of sheep in large scale farm? of the science and technology project,around the body weight of sheep automatic acquisition,storage and sheep grouping management,aiming at the problem of low efficiency of manual weighing widespread domestic industry,research and design a set the body weight of sheep automatic data acquisition,storage and clustering in one cluster to solve the current weighing system,sheep breeding process manual weighing the low efficiency problem of clustering and record complex.This sheep weighing and grouping system,by weighing unit,sheep information acquisition unit,control unit,display and operation unit,column unit,storage unit and remote control unit.Through the weighing unit and sheep information acquisition unit,to collect the sheep weight and identity information,control data processing sensor acquisition unit Later,sent to the display and operating unit,according to the acquisition of the body weight of sheep,sheep should be determined into the control group,the corresponding column door open,then all data were saved to sheep for automatic weighing and grouping.By using the microcontroller in the design process,radio frequency identification(RFID),sensor and serial communication technology,the sheep weighing clustering system were developed.To determine the overall design scheme of the system,analysis system,according to the function of each part of system,and select the corresponding hardware equipment,focusing on the power supply,pressure controller,signal processing etc.and related circuit design.Aiming at the nonlinear factors in the software design part,using the principle of least squares curve fitting method based on nonlinear correction of sensor,through static weighing and sheep dynamic weighing test,to test the development of sheep weighing clustering system,validate the stability of the system,realize the function of each part.The test proved that the sheep weighing and grouping system is stable,the weighing accuracy can meet the design requirements of the range of 2% error.Compared with the traditional weighing device can greatly shorten the operation time and improve the efficiency of sheep weighing only,not sheep produce stress,the sheep automatic weighing and grouping,save a lot of human resources.
