With the popularization of rice harvesting mechanization in China,the rice straw is still in green state when rice is harvested,and its indexes are suitable for silage.At present,rice straw silage harvest more advanced technology usually includes: rice harvester rice grain and laying rice straw,Rice Straw Silage Additives to the manual spraying placement in the laying of rice straw bale in the field by bundling machine,rice straw bundle envelope bag.The rice straw silage harvesting technology is beneficial to improve the quality of rice straw silage.Rice straw harvested in short period and artificial sprinkling of Silage Additives uneven situation,this paper designs a liquid adding device,and bundling machine with its widely used in the domestic rice straw harvest,in picking up and bundling Silage Additives evenly sprayed into the rice straw bundle,reduce harvesting operation,improve the distribution of the tracer of rice straw bundle's uniformity,so as to obtain high quality silage.The spray test rig,round baler test depth of liquid adding device,provide theoretical basis and technical support for design and optimization of rice straw silage harvest parameters test results can be added for the liquid device.The following are the main research contents:(1)A liquid adding device for a binding machine is mainly composed of a liquid storage box,a liquid inlet pipe,a liquid outlet pipe,a spray pump,a nozzle,a direct moving overflow valve,a pressure meter,etc.The 3D model using Solidworks 3D software to build a liquid storage tank,nozzle and parts,and virtual assembly and interference inspection of parts,provide the reference for the design of adding device for processing liquid and parts of the.The use of plant protection machinery spray test bench,using the coefficient of variation as the droplet distribution uniformity evaluation index,the liquid adding device for uniformity test research on droplet distribution,the results showed that: four factors of liquid droplet distribution device influence order is: the angle of the nozzle spray pressure the diameter of nozzle spray range overlap rate.With the spray range overlap rate and nozzle diameter increases,the coefficient of variation increased with the increase of the angle of the nozzle;the coefficient of variation was first decreased and then increased with the increase of spray pressure;the coefficient of variation decreased gradually.Through the response surface analysis method,response surface model is set up.The experimental factors and evaluation index,to determine the optimal parameter combination of droplet distribution: when the spray range overlap rate is 42.23%;the nozzle diameter is 1.68mm;the nozzle angle is 45°;the spray pressure is 0.7MPa,CV is 9.5%.(2)The micro-structure of the leaf sheath surface of different parts of rice straw was observed by FEI Sirion scanning electron microscope,produced by Holland Philips.The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the spacing of the structure of the leaf sheath from the root to the tip of the hook and the spherical bulge gradually increased,and the diameter of the unit structure gradually decreased and the difference was significant.Using the self-made liquid adding device and the conveyor belt as the test bed,the sampling area,the nozzle angle and the nozzle diameter were selected as the experimental factors under the fixed spray volume.The deposition amount of the bio-dye,Pardon S,on the area of the leaf sheath was the experimental evaluation index,The spray deposition test.The results show that the smaller the sampling angle is,the smaller the nozzle angle is,and the smaller the nozzle diameter will help to increase the deposition amount.And provide the theoretical basis for clarifying the deposition and loss of silage additive on the surface of leaf sheath.(3)The use of round baler for test bench,experimental study of rice straw silage harvest simulation field,to the dry weight of spray pressure,spray angle and bale as experiment factors,rice straw bundle biological dye Ponceau S solution distribution uniformity evaluation test,test.The test results show that the uniformity with the dry weight of the bales increased decreased first and then increased,with increased and then decreased with the increase of spray pressure,spray angle were first increased and then decreased slowly.By the range analysis,the optimum combination is A1B3C1,when the bale dry mass is 12 kg,the spray pressure is 1.2MPa,and the nozzle angle is negative 30°,CV is 15.6%.It provides support for the determination of work parameters and optimization of liquid adding equipment for rice straw silage harvesting.
