Study On Growth,development And Yield Quality Of Different Maturity Cotton Varieties With Different Density

Abstract/Summary:
In this study,two kinds of densities were compared,and the growth and development,dry matter accumulation,physiological photosynthesis and yield and quality characteristics of different ripening cotton varieties in Xinjiang Tarim cotton area were compared and analyzed from the aspects of external morphology and internal physiology and quality.The adaptability of ripe cotton varieties in the region,and the theoretical basis for the selection of ripe cotton varieties in the region.Research indicates:(1)The growth period of different mature cotton varieties was not obvious under the two densities.However,the growth period of different mature cotton varieties is quite different,the growth period of early maturing varieties is prolonged,the growth period of middle mature varieties is shortened,and even shorter than the growth period of early maturing varieties.The plant height of middle mature cultivars was higher,the plant height of early maturing varieties was lower,and the plant height at low density was higher than that under normal density.The number of fruit branches and fruit number of middle mature varieties were higher than those of middle and early maturing and early maturing varieties.The number of fruit branches and fruit nodes in low density were higher than those of fruit and fruit number at regular density.(2)The difference of budding rate of different mature cotton varieties was different.Under normal density,the average shedding rate of early maturing varieties was relatively large,and the average rate of outbreaks of middle and early maturing varieties and middle mature cultivars was not obvious.For the eight cultivars,the average shedding rate of the single plant was only higher than that of the conventional density at the low density,and the average shedding rate of the other seven cultivars was higher at the conventional density.(3)From the point of view of dry matter accumulation and accumulation rate,the dry matter accumulation was the highest in the middle and early maturing varieties,and the accumulation rate was the highest.The dry matter accumulation and accumulation rate of middle cotton varieties were the second,Early 9110 dry matter accumulation is the lowest,the accumulation rate is the slowest.(4)Under normal density,the photosynthetic efficiency of early maturing varieties was better.Under low density,the photosynthetic efficiency of early maturing varieties was better.The net photosynthetic rate was different under normal density and low density,while the stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were higher at low density.Whether it is a few leaves,early maturing varieties SPAD value is always higher than the mature varieties and early maturing varieties.The SPAD values of leaves of all varieties at low density were higher than those of SPAD at high density.(5)The proportion of pre-mature peach was the highest,more than 50%,and the process was faster,but the proportion of peach was much lower than that of middle early ripening and middle ripening.Under normal density,boll number,boll weight and seed yield from high to low as the order of the middle early,early,medium maturity,lint yield from high to low as the order of the middle early,medium,early maturity,low density,boll the number,seed yield and lint yield from high to low as the order of the medium,middle early,early maturity,boll weight and lint percentage from high to low as the order of the middle early,medium,early maturity.Although the number of bolls and bolls per plant at low density is much higher than that of conventional density,the total number of bolls at the conventional density is higher due to the large difference between the two densities,and the final population advantage is more obvious.Of the lint yield is still much higher than the low density of lint yield.(6)From the cotton fiber quality of different mature cotton varieties,the early maturing varieties and middle mature varieties performed better,followed by early maturing varieties.For the different densities,only the micronaire value is more obvious at the two densities,the micronaire density at higher density is higher than the micronaire value at the conventional density,and the other quality traits are not obvious at the two densities.Although the growth and dry matter accumulation rate of different mature cotton varieties was low at low density,the quality of cotton was not improved and the yield was low,which could not meet the needs of farmers.On the whole,the early maturing varieties are more suitable for planting in the Tarim kapok area,the conventional density is more in line with the interests of farmers needs.
