Study on genetic diversity,phenotypic variation and microsatellite genetic diversity of Kazakh horses.In this study,we investigated the Kazakh horses in Xinjiang Province,and analyzed the phenotypic differences,the types of hair color and the measurement of body size data,and compared them with the body size data of Kazakhstan Kazakh horses.Application of15 microsatellite markers in three Xinjiang horse group(Aletai Kazakh horse,HeFeng Kazakh horse and TuoLi Kazakh horse)and Kazakhstan Kazakh horse for a total of 154 experimental samples by DNA extraction,PCR amplification and a series of molecular technique,analysis of population genetic diversity analysis data including observation allele the number(Na),effective number of alleles(Ne),observed heterozygosity(He),expected heterozygosity(Ho),Shannon information index(I),polymorphism information index(PIC)and neutral test.The results showed that:(1)according to the investigation results of the resources found Kazakhstan Kazakh horse hair color covers the hair color classification in almost all color categories;2015 compared to 1981 data Kazakh horse body size Kazakh horse body size data is greatly improved,adult male horse body height from 139.8cm to 141.5cm;adult mares body height from 132.9cm to 133.5cm;the body size data of 1983 and the Kazakhstan Kazakh horse(male horse mare body high 141 cm,high 139cm)compared to body size in1981 is far lower than the Kazakhstan Kazakh Kazakh horse horse;Xinjiang Kazakh horse by hybrid effect,body size has been improved.(2)The polymorphism information index(PIC)value of the 15 microsatellite loci in the population of the 4 horses was more than 0.5.The results showed that the 15 microsatellite loci were highly polymorphic.(3)Effective alleles of 4 horse populations in 15 microsatellite loci detected in the number(Ne)was highest in Kazakhstan Kazakh horse 6.2133;HeFeng horse 4.5513 is the lowest;the observed heterozygosity(He)of Kazakhstan Kazakh horse is the highest value is0.8257,and the lowest value of 0.7650 HeFeng Kazakh horse;polymorphism information index(PIC)was the highest in Kazakhstan Kazakh horse was 0.804,and the lowest value of0.729 HeFeng Kazakh horse,these indicators show that the genetic diversity of Kazakhstan Kazak horse.(4)The genetic distance between the 4 horse populations.The genetic distance of TuoLi Kazakh horse and Kazakhstan Kazakh horse recently,was 0.1492,followed by Aletai Kazakh horse and Kazakhstan Kazakh horse.Followed by TuoLi Kazakh horse and Kazakhstan Kazakh horse and Aletai Kazakh horse genetic distance on close.Hefeng Kazakh horses and other three horse breeds from further,0.2295,0.8420,0.7831 respectively,results are consistent with the ecological geography.In this paper,the main conclusions are(1)through the survey found Xinjiang Aletai area and Tacheng area in Kazakhstan on the type of horse hair color is more rich,the Yili area of Kazakhstan due to the impact of factors such as the type of hybrid coat color is single.(2)study found that genetic diversity of Kazakhstan Kazakh horse more rich by microsatellite markers in genetic diversity of three regions in Xinjiang and Kazakhstan Kazakhstan Kazakh horse horse;the Xinjiang three area and abundant genetic diversity in Kazakh horse abundance is low.
