This test uses box planting test method, using rice varieties for Akita Komachi as test material, set 4 biochar effects of biochar on growth and quality of rice add level,in order to provide application in agricultural production is the scientific basis of biomass carbon. The results show that:1.The effects of different biochar treatments on chlorophyll were different, and the magnitude of the decline was different. The chlorophyll content in C1 treatment was the highest in the treatment, but no significant difference compared with the control. There was significant difference between the treatment and the total chlorophyll biochar, total chlorophyll and Fv'/Fm',Yield,qP and ETR significantly correlated;and qNP,NQP significantly negative correlation with Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm;no significant correlation. From Fv/Fo Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,Fv'/Fm',Yield four comprehensive analysis of similar results, the treatment of C1 biochar level has a positive impact on rice.In contrast to qP,qNP and ETR,the control of CK was more favorable for the later stage of photosynthesis in rice, but there was no significant difference between and C1.Different treatments of rice leaf photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular C02 concentration(Ci),the overall performance of the heading,10 days after full heading and heading to 20 days after heading was significantly decreased.Heading to 20 days after heading, net light low carbon treatment of flag leaf photosynthetic rate is always higher than that of control of up to 5%,the carbon in the treatment and the control approach, and high carbon treatment was lower than that of control, the changing trend and Pn among different treatments of Gs and Ci showed that Gs and Ci are similar to that of Pn an important factor.Low carbon and medium carbon treatment can significantly improve the Gs,but the effect of Ci is small, which may be the main reason of carbon treatment did not significantly improve the Pn..Pn was significantly correlated with Fv'/Fm',Yield and ETR,and negatively correlated with qNP.Combined with the analysis, the low amount of biochar had no significant effect on the photosynthetic pigment content of the leaves, and the content of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves was significantly reduced in the medium and high biomass biochar. The appropriate amount of biochar was helpful to improve the ability of light harvesting and enhance the photosynthesis of rice leaves.2.Low biomass biochar had little effect on the growth and development of rice, but the middle and high biomass biochar had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth and development of rice.3.The different effects of biochar on rice milling quality difference is not significant;effects on rice appearance quality is low,the amount of carbon fertilizer can significantly reduce rice chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree, and high rates of carbon increased the rice chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree. The addition of biochar had little effect on protein content and amylose content.4.The parameters of starch RVA spectra of different biochar treatments were significantly improved, and the parameters of starch RVA spectra of low biomass carbon(C1)treatment were significantly better than those of control. This may be related to the decrease of chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree of low biomass biochar.5.Biochar can significantly improve the soil organic matter content,pH and C/N,and increase with the increase of biochar. The soil C/N ratio increased significantly, and the soil nitrogen and other nutrient uptake capacity increased, which is beneficial to the improvement of soil fertility.6.Biochar could increase the content of total N in soil, but had no significant effect on total phosphorus and total potassium.Biochar reduced the content of soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and increased the content of available P and available K in soil7.Biochar reduces the total nitrogen content of the plant, but significantly increased the content of phosphorus and potassium, especially in carbon and high carbon treatment plant phosphorus and potassium content was significantly higher than that of control.Biochar can significantly improve the availability of available P and K in soil, and increase the uptake of P and K in plants.
