Canine Fungal Skin Disease Epidemiological Survey And In Vitro Drug Sensitivity Test And Diagnosis Research

At present,there are a large number of dogs with fungal skin diseases in our country,which is a common disease and frequently occurring disease.Canine fungal dermatosis is a typical zoonosis.Canine fungal skin disease affects health and appearance of the dog,more importantly,it will infect owner of the dog.In this study,we investigated the incidence of fungal skin diseases in the animal hospital of Shenyang Agricultural University,understood the pathogenesis and characteristics of the disease,established accurate diagnosis methods.In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of fungal skin disease cure rate to provide reference and basis.In order to improve the cure rate of canine fungal skin disease provides a reference and basis.From October 2015 to September 2016,984 cases of canine admitted to the animal hospital of Shenyang Agricultural University were investigated,among 280 cases of canine skin disease and the incidence rate is 28.45%.We recorded the incidence of canine fungal skin diseases,which involved the incidence,onset seasons,ages,breeds,and sexual distinction.(1)The results showed that the number of canine fungal skin diseases was 98,accounted for 35%in clinical canine skin disease cases.(2)The incidence of fungal skin disease in winter was the lowest,and the total number of cases in December,January and February was 8 cases,accounting for 8.16%of the total incidence.The incidence of fungal skin disease in summer was the lowest,and the total number of cases in December,January and February was 8 cases,accounting for 8.16%of the total incidence.The incidence of fungal skin disease was the highest in summer,and the total number of cases in June,July and August was 8 cases,accounting for 55.10%of the total incidence.(3)Survey of 23 varieties,the largest number of cases is the poodle,golden retriever,hybrid dogs,respectively 12 cases,11 cases and 10 cases.Followed by Pomeranian and Chihuahua,respectively 8 cases,7 cases.(4)There are 98 cases of canine fungal skin disease dogs,of which 48 cases of male dogs,45 cases of female dog,has been castrated dogs in 2 cases,3 cases of sterilized females.(5)There were 56 cases of dogs within the age of 12 months,accounting for about 57.14%of the total incidence.(6)The skin condition can be observed without dividing the hair into a long haired dog and a short haired dog,such as a Chihuahua and a short haired dog,Golden Retriever is a long haired dog.There are 72 cases of long haired dogs and 26 cases of short haired dogs.Through the 98 cases of fungal skin diseases laboratory diagnosed,76 cases are observed through the wood’s lamp,77.55%of the total number of cases.There were 66 cases of positive fungal skin diseases in dogs who were examined by light microscopy,accounting for about 67.35%of the total cases.4 cases of fungal skin diseases were identified by fungal culture and molecular biology.ITS1 and ITS4 were used as primers to detect the ITS region of rDNA on pathogenic fungi,and the specific fragment from 500bp to 750bp was obtained.The sequencing results obtained by BLAST,four species of fungi were Microsporum gypseum,Aspergillus,Fragile Mucor and Alternaria.In vitro drug sensitivity tests of four kinds of fungi have been identified,the use of the six drugs were amphotericin B(AMB),ny statin(N Y S)and terbinafine(TER),ketoconazole(KET),itraconazole(ITC)and fluconazole(FLU).Four kinds of fungi were sensitive to AMB,NYS,TER and ITC,but were sensitive to KET in addition to Fragile Mucor.The bacteriostatic ring of FLU for Fragile Mucor and Alternaria and Aspergillus was 0.FLU is in an intermediate state for Microsporum gypseum.The in vitro sensitivity test results of Microsporum gypseum to clinical application,the treatment is good.Based on the above investigation,laboratory diagnosis and drug sensitivity test in vitro,the results provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of fungal skin diseases in canine.
