The stability of soil fertility is the guarantee of the yield and quality of tobacco.Continuous cropping and administration of large quantities of fertilizers for a long time make the cost of tobacco production increase, fertilizer utilization reduced, quality tobacco planting soil degradat, and quality of tobacco leaves decline. This research aimed to improve chemical and biological properties of the tobacco soil, regulate the capacity and cycleof soil nutrient supply, increase fertilizer utilization through developping Microbial inoculant regulating soil nutrients in tobacco field. The microbial inoculant regulating soil nutrients can improve the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco in early time, improve production and quality of tobacco leaves and achieve sustainable development of tobacco production. In this study,a series of functional strain isolated from the soil of tobacco fields were provided for the experiments. The pot experiment was designed to research the effects of single microbial agents on tobacco. To study the effects of JP6 strain on tobacco growth and enzyme activity of tobacco soil,a pot experiment was designed. The Illumina Miseq sequencing platforms was used to study rhizosphere soil microbial diversity after being applied JP6.The pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different combinations of strains on tobacco plant growth and nutrient uptake.Optimizing the ratio of strain screening and the synergetic effects on chemical fertilizer and compound inoculants were studied by pot experiments. The survival situation under different storage environment of JP6 and PR1 were studied through storage tests. The effects of compound microbial inoculants and organic material decomposition agents on tobacco agronomic and economic characters of tobacco were researched under field conditions. The results were as follows:(1)The pot experiment of single microbial agents: JP6,JP7,JP9,JX9,PR1 and PR10 can promot the growth of tobacco in early stage. After being applied JP6,JP9,JX9,PR1,PR10 30 days, the maximum leaf surface area can significantly increased 49.4% and 59.8%,57.2%,65.9%,44%.Compared with CK,the single agent can promot the agronomic characters such as plant height and leaf number. The single agents can increase the dry weight of leaves.(2)The pot experiment of JP6 strain: Because JP6 can promote the tobacco growth better, the second pot experiment of JP6 was arranged. After being applied JP6 30 days, the height of tabcco and the maximum leaf surface area were very significantly different with CK.They increased 23.89%,13.63%,respectively.After 60 days, the plant height was very significantly different with CK.The height increased 8.55%.The dry weight of tobacco leaf and the weight of total plant were significant.Compared with the control, nitrogen and phosphorus of the stem, and the nitrogen and phosphorus of leaf in JP6 group increased significantly;the valid phosphorus and organic matter increased 3.45%,11.95%.It was found that after applied JP6,the soil catalase increased 21.15%,invertase activity increased 29%,neutral phosphatase increased 24.91%,and acid phosphatase increased 15.2%.There were 4297±92 OTUs in the rhizosphere soil of JP6 group. There were 4420±179 OTUs in the control group. The JP6 group had 17 unique genus, however, the control group had 5 unique genus. The relative abundance of 11 genus related with phosphate solubilization in JP6 group was higher than that in CK.The Azotobacter and Exiguobacterium were unique in JP6 group.(3)The pot experiment of compound inoculants: The five different compound inoculants composed of six different strains can promot the agronomic traits of tobacco in varying degrees. The compound inoculants was beneficial to increase tobacco fresh and dry weight accumulation and nutrient absorption. The root fresh weight of FLD901,FLD904,FLD910,FLJ909,FLD604 increased 60%,31.43%,101.43%,70%,65.7%.The tobacco root dry weight of FLD901,FLD904,FLD910,FLJ909,FLD604 significantly increased 56.5%,34.7%,82.6%,52.17%,69.57%.After being applied FLD901,FLD910,FLJ909,FLD604,the total nitrogen of tobacco extremely significantly increased 47.6%,34.5%,23.1%,34.6% and the total phosphorus of tobacco significantly increased 38.9%,37%,24.7%,45.6%.Application of compound inoculant can facilitate the content of the soil phosphorus and organic matter.(4)The ratio test of agents: After being applied compound inoculants 30 days, the height and leaf number of tobacco which applied compound inoculants 2 and 3 were higher than the treatment applied the compound inoculants 1.The weight of leaf and bud which were applied compound inoculant 2 was the highest(5)The test of the synergetic effects on chemical fertilizer and compound inoculants: With the increase of chemical fertilizers, agronomic traits of tobacco and dry matter have been significantly improved. But the dry matter of Group 5 isn't significantly different with group 4.Group 5 was the treatment which applied 1/4 of the normal fertilization.Group 4 was the treatment which applied 1/5 of the normal fertilization.(6)Storage test of agents: Adding surose and agar plays a protective role in the process of slowing the decline in the storage of JP6.The amount of PR1 in the treatment of Yeast extract and controlled release fertilizer decaied slower.(7)Field trials of Composite microbial agent: Application of compound inoculant and cmposting agent can significantly promote the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco.Affer being applied compound inoculant, the fine tobacco ratio, yield per mu,the output value per mu increased by 14.6%,6.89%,32.65%.After being applied decomposed agent yield per mu,mu output value respectively increased 6.89%,14.98%.
