| The altimeter is an indispensable basic tool and an important tool in the forest survey.In the existing altimeter,the tree high speed-measuring ruler recognition by the industry’s because of its good measurement accuracy and flexible use,but there are still some problems that the body is too long so inconvenient to carry,this paper deals with the problem of high speed-measuring ruler by ruler stacking,folding and bending hover and so on to implement the ruler ease of use and easy to carry,the main research results are as follows:(1)Stacking tree high speed-measuring rulerThe basic structure of the ruler is as follows:Retractable upper,middle and lower parts of the body and the control button between three parts of the ruler and two moving feet that can be fixed on the lower body.The upper body is a solid structure,the middle body and the lower body as a hollow structure,upper foot can enter the middle foot by control button,middle foot can enter the lower foot by control button,the final can be stacked for the length of the lower body.There are hand hole for operation on the top of upper body,there are protrusion on the lower body,the whole body is marked with measuring scale.(2)Folding tree high speed-measuring rulerThe basic structure of the scale is as follows:rotate the upper,middle and lower parts of the body,the upper body as a solid structure,middle body and the lower body are all groove structure,the groove structure is similar to the design of the pencil sharpener.The three sections are connected by axis,the upper body can be turned around the axis into the middle body,the middle body can be turned around the axis into the lower body,the final can be folded for the length of the lower body.There are calibration hole on the part of the handover,there are curved opening on the lower part of the middle body and lower body,the whole body is designed measuring scale for reading the height of the tree,fixed foot and hand hole.(3)Box-style tree high speed-measuring rulerThe ruler is divided into three parts: measuring ruler,ruler neck and ruler box.The measuring ruler is made of flexible material that can be bent,the front and back surfaces of measuring ruler are marked with high scale and distance scale,which can realize both the height measurement and the ranging function.The inside of the ruler neck is equipped with a brake device and a balancing device for balancing the gravity.The main structure inside thebox is the spring shell structure,inside of the spring shell is spring,the external for winding storage measuring ruler,in the box exterior design with a fixed scale foot.(4)Chain-style tree high speed-measuring rulerThe ruler consists of four parts:ruler cover,ruler chain,center plate and ruler box.The cover and the box are mainly used to store the ruler chain.The ruler chain structure consists of link,ring nail and scale fall,the link is a ring structure,the ring nail is a ring structure with a tail screw,the scale is a triangular prism structure for engraving measuring scale.The center plate structure is used to connect the ruler chain and the ruler box device,the center plate also has a vent structure,the design of the vent hole can make the ruler chain enter ruler box smoothly.The above four kinds of tree high speed ruler all design based on the patent of ZL2009102564050,compared with the original ruler,the new design on the basis of maintaining the performance of the ruler,can be in the non-working state to effectively shorten the length of the ruler,easy to carry and use in the field,So the new design than the original ruler has a better practical value and promotion value. |
