In our study,we collected 18 kinds of feed ingredients commonly used in ruminants and predicted the absorption of amino acids in the small intestine of RUP based on the predictive equation of the CNCPS.At the same time,we determined the digestibility of small intestine of degraded residues at each time point and then combined CP degradation rate and digestibility of small intestine to confirm the simplified model of CNCPS:The equation for roughage was Y=0.00197+2.11988 X,r=0.99946,P<0.0001;the equation for concentrated feeds was Y=-0.05564+1.40925 X,r=0.99955,P<0.0001.The degradation rate of different components of feed ingredients was determined by rumen nylon bag method.We analyzed the correlation between the real-time degradation rate and the effective degradation rate of different components,accordingly to simplify the measure of the degradation rate of feed by estimating the degradation rate of the feed ingredients on the bases of the degradation rate of single time points.The results were as follows:(1)the correlation between the effective degradation rates of8 kinds of roughage and the CP rumen degradation rate at each time point was found.And the correlation between the CP rumen degradation rate of 8 hours and the effective degradation rate was the highest.The linear regression equation was Y=0.90902X+9.91209,r=0.98702,P<0.0001.The correlation between the effective degradation rate of 10 kinds of concentrated feed and the CP rumen degradation rate at each time point was found.The correlation between the CP rumen degradation rate of 8 hours and the effective degradation rate was the highest.The linear regression equation was Y=1.00951X+1.61992,r=0.9654,P<0.0001.(2)The small intestine digestibility of rumen degraded residues and the effective digestibility of small intestine of RUP of 18 kinds of feed were analyzed by linear regression analysis.The results indicated that the digestibility of 8 hours of 8 kinds of roughage had the highest correlation with the effective digestibility,and the linear regression equation was Y=0.53854+0.97088 X,r=0.99579,P<00001;the digestibility of 8 hours of 10 kinds of concentrated feed had the highest correlation with the effective digestibility and the linearregression equation was Y=3.23556+0.95384 X,r=0.9904,P<0.0001.(3)The results showed that the reliability of model 3 was the highest among the three simplified solutions.In other words,the best correlation between the predicted value of ABS and the results of CNCPS was the highest in the RUP small intestinal absorption rate at 8h degradation rate and 8h small intestinal digestibility.The equation for roughage is Y=0.00197+2.11988 X,r=0.99869,the P value is 0.3467,the average relative deviation was 6.8361;the equation for concentrated feeds is Y=-0.05564+1.40925 X,r=0.99541,the P value was 0.065,the average relative deviation was 22.788.As a result,the simplified model is feasible.(4)The correlation analysis of real-time degradation rate of feed CP,DM,OM,ADF and NDF with rumen effective degradation rate shows that the degradation at 16 th hour and the effective degradation have the highest correlation.The equation for roughage is Y=0.68368+0.9843 X,r=0.98757,P<0.0001;The equation for concentrated feeds is Y=-0.86237+0.85602 X,r=0.96078,P<0.0001. |
