"Made in China 2025" plan takes manufacturing machinery and equipment as one of the ten major areas,puts forward to vigorously develop advanced equipment such as harvesting machinery,and improves the agricultural machinery data acquisition,high-end analysis and accurate operation ability.Combine harvester modular intelligent monitoring system based on CAN bus is upgraded from the existing mechanical basis,which improves the level of intelligence and responds to the call of the country.The key position of the working process can be fed back to the driver,so as to avoid the occurrence of the fault and improve the work efficiency.This paper first analyzes the requirements of the system to determine the development requirements of the system.Based on the analysis of the process of the grain combine harvester,the detection parameters of the monitoring system are selected.Based on the requirement of the system,the overall control scheme is designed,which uses the HC-Suk070-C as the host computer,the STC89C52 MCU as the lower computer,and the CAN bus as the communication bus.In this paper,four functional modules of speed detection,torque detection,cutting table height automatic detection and control,and grain yield detection are analyzed theoretically,and define the function of each module,and the corresponding control scheme is worked out.Combined with the structural characteristics of grain combine harvesters,the mechanical structure is designed for each part,and the signal processing method and the control algorithm are selected,and design of the relevant circuit.This article in view of the overall scheme of the monitoring system,the lower computer is programmed by Keil4 in C language,and the upper computer is designed by HMIEditor.The lower computer is mainly used to collect,calculate and transmit the parameters such as 5 line speed,torque,height of cutting table,grain yield,grain moisture content and the speed of combine harvester.The host computer is mainly used to receive and analyze the information transmitted by the lower computer,which can be displayed by different system interface,in the event of a failure to alarm prompt and records.In this paper,two parts of the CAN communication system are studied from hardware design and software design.In the hardware design,MCP2515 is selected as CAN controller,TJA1050 as CAN transceiver,and the circuit design of CAN communication.In the software design,based on the standard data frame,the protocol of CAN communication is designed,and the transmission process of CAN is analyzed,and the communication program is written by C language.Finally,the experiment of the modular intelligent monitoring system based on CAN bus is carried out.The monitoring system will be developed to install 4LZ-6.0 series of combine harvester production in Shandong GIMIG Machinery Company Limited,through the actual test,the speed detection accuracy is up to 2%;the torque detection accuracy is up to 4%;the header height detection error is controlled within 4mm;grain yield measurement error is 3.4%.The experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of practical application,and lays a foundation for the application of monitoring system in combine harvester.
