The agricultural machinery is an important material basis for the development of modern agriculture,with the release of a series of policies to actively promote agricultural mechanization and the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural equipment industry,China’s combine harvester and its related technology research and development ushered in new opportunities for development.Grain combine harvester,as the key machine for agricultural products harvesting operation,realizes digitalization,informatization and intelligent management of grain combine harvester through technical means,which is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural development and build modern agriculture.At present,large domestic farms in areas such as Heilongjiang and Xinjiang widely use large grain combine harvesters for harvesting operations,but grain harvesting in most areas is still dominated by small and medium combine harvesters,and the information and intelligence level of small and medium combine harvesters is low.With the continuous development of urbanization in China,there has been a sharp decrease in the number of agricultural mechanics with rich operating experience,resulting in frequent combine harvester failures during the highly complex and variable grain harvesting operations.To ensure operational efficiency and improve combine intelligence,data monitoring and fault warning functions need to be introduced on grain combines to meet the needs of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturers and farmers for combine fault pre-warning functions.Firstly,this paper takes Xinjiang-7 grain combine harvester produced by Luoyang China Harvest as the research object,selects the monitoring object of the fault prewarning system by analyzing its working principle,and takes the speed,temperature and image information of the components as the monitoring quantity of the fault warning system.The fault pre-warning system realizes data acquisition,storage and fault warning functions based on the combination of PLC and industrial control machine,and sends the real-time acquisition of positioning information and industrial control machine monitoring data to the combine harvester remote monitoring system through the integrated terminal,which is convenient for users to monitor and manage the combine harvester remotely.Secondly,this paper proposes a fault pre-warning method of combine harvester key components based on multi-source sensor information fusion.By extracting the speed characteristics that can reflect the operation status of combine harvester components as the basis of fault warning,the method achieves accurate warning of typical faults of combine harvester key components and effectively gets rid of the reliance on manual experience.Finally,the performance of the combine harvester fault pre-warning system and the remote monitoring system is verified with measured data tests,manual intervention tests and comparative validation tests.The test validation results are presented in the form of a confusion matrix,and the system is evaluated in terms of fault pre-warning accuracy,number of false positives and missing positives.The test results show that the system meets the requirements of grain combine early warning,with an overall recognition accuracy of 96.54% and a fault pre-warning accuracy of 94.15%,and has the best overall performance compared with various fault warning models under the same data volume.
