The application of magnetization technology in agriculture and forestry is a relatively mature and early application of a technology.C.bungei is a valuable timber species and ornamental tree species,but the nursery difficulties affect the tree species in the use of timber and garden green space in the application.Take clone 3-year-old female tree of current year sprouting branchlet of C.bungei as cottage material,and treatments of magnetization blanket + magnetized(MR + MW),magnetization(MR),magnetized water spray(MW)and non-magnetized water spray(CK)was carried out in a randomized complete block design trial.The research aim was to explore the magnet effect on cutting slips rooting,young seedling growth,biomass accumulation and nourishing,oxidases and endogenesis hormones matter content in cutting slips.The results showed that:(1)Test study on softwood cuttings showed that the rooting type of C.bungei originated from the callus of cuttings' bottom section.In the process of cutting rooting,it's easy to grow a lot of callus and formation of adventitious roots of magnetization treatment.(2)Magnetization treatment on Chinese catalpa tree twigs cuttings rooting has certain influence,of which MR + MW combination treatment effect is best,followed by MR treatment and MW.MR + MW processing cuttings root is grow stronger,quantity,fast,root length,root system classification.(3)MW + MR treatment was beneficial to promote rooting,cutting rooting and root effect index of 68.6% and 109.56,which were significantly higher than MR,MW treatment and CK(P <0.01).The average diameter and length growth of young sprouting shoots in treatment of MW + MR were significantly higher than that in treatments of MR,MW and CK,significantly(P < 0.01).The blade quantity and area growth of young sprouting shoots in treatment of MW + MR were significantly higher than that in treatments of MR,MW and CK,significantly(P < 0.01).(4)The fine root length,diameter,surface area and volume was difference between the three treatments,and all the root morphology index in treatments of MR + MW,MR and MW was higher than that in treatment of CK,significantly(P < 0.01).(5)The content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and total nitrogen in the cortex of shoots were the "rise-reducing" trends in the shoots of the softwood cuttings of the C.bungei,and C/N ratio had significant differences in contrast.Magnetization treatment twig cuttings nutrient content were significantly higher than that of control,in which MR + MW treatment is better than that of MR and MW.(6)The activities of POD,PPO and IAAO in the basal cortex of the shoots were similar to those of the shoots and the growth of adventitious roots.In the C.bungei twigs cuttings rooting present different change rules,in the process of The activity of POD presents "rise-reduce-higher-reduce" trends,the activity of PPO showed a trend of "rise-reducing",the activity of IAAO presents "rise-reducing" trend.Magnetization treatment changed the activity of POD,PPO,IAAO as well as the relationship between the three enzymes,to promote C.bungei twigs cuttings rooting,and show different rooting effect.(7)C.bungei twigs cuttings rooting and endogenous hormones have very important connection.The IAA,ABA,GA and ZR hormones showed different trends in the rooting of the shoots of C.bungei.The content of IAA showed a tendency of "decrease-raise-decrease-decrease-increase",and the change of ABA content showed a tendency of "increase-decrease-decrease-increase",and the change of GA content showed a trend of "decrease-raise-decrease-decrease-increase".The content of ZR in the CK cuttings showed a tendency of increasing and decreasing.The content of ZR in the CK cuttings showed a tendency of increasing and decreasing.The inhibitory effect of magnetization on the production of ABA and GA in shoots of C.bungei has a positive effect on IAA and ZR production.In summary,the magnetization treatment changed the content and proportion of cuttings of nutrients,increased the activity of related enzymes and promoted the level of endogenous hormones,thus promoted the formation of cutting callus and adventitious roots,and promoted root growth.
