| Low-pressure pipe irrigation system,a new energy-efficient water-saving ground irrigation system,is developing rapidly in recent years.It uses low-power pump or the ground natural pressure provide pressure head to the irrigation water, and then through the low-voltage transmission and distribution pipeline network for irrigation water to farmland in order to fully meet with the water requirements for crops. As a result, water distribution, low-pressure pipe irrigation system is a new form of water conservancy projects which is based on ues low-voltage network to replace the open channel water distribution system. At present, China's low-pressure pipe irrigation in well irrigation district are relatively more mature than that in drainage irrigation district, but there are many problems such as separation and measuring water question,siltation pipeline plug question,complex pipe network hydraulic calculation and so on in drainage irrigation district , so the low-pressure pipe irrigation technology applicated in drainage irrigation district is still in the pilot demonstration phase, has yet to promote the use of a large area.This paper analyzes the low-pressure pipe irrigation technology, the characteristics of low pressure pipe irrigation technology, the development profile at home and abroad of low pressure pipe irrigation system, the problems in the development of low-pressure pipe irrigation technology and direction of development, as well as the purpose and significance in research and development the low pressure pipe irrigation of technology under the present conditions in china. Introduced the composition and classification of the low-pressure pipe irrigation and drainage system in drainage irrigation district, the planning layout of the low-pressure pipe irrigation system,the design of the low-pressure pipe irrigation system and water distribution pipes and piping and pipeline ancillary facilities. The examples was used to illustrate the applicability of the low-pressure pipe irrigation system in drainage irrigation district. The results shows:(1) the low-pressure pipe irrigation technology used in drainage irrigation district water-saving, provincial and the provincial workers benefit significantly;pipe network and field irrigation water fast, thus greatly reducing the irrigation water cycle, it was entirely possible to achieve in accordance with crop water requirements for adequate and timely irrigation, which greatly promote water-saving irrigation in agriculture in order to acquire more yield and stable yield of crops and development of high quality and efficient crops;(2) the low-pressure pipe irrigation technology has strong applicability, and maintenance comparatively simple and management costs and irrigation costs can be greatly reduced. It is a new type of surface irrigation systems,which appropriate promote in drainage irrigation district.(3) Pipeline in the river sediment is blocking the development of pipe irrigation district irrigation technology need to address one of the key technical issues, with the irrigation pipe irrigation area in the popularization and application of drainage, irrigation pipe in the anti-blocking technology in the growing been more attention, the issue seems more pressing.
