With the improvement of the quality of life and the enhancement of food security consciousness of consumers,they pay more attention to food security problems.As is well-known,chicken is the second largest source of meat products in China,health and safety of the chicken become more and more important.Slaughtered process of chicken,an important step which will influence chicken health,is one of the essential steps in chicken meat processing,and the standard of health and safety become more and more strict.It is contaminated during the process of slaughtering,for there are some contaminants blood?bile and faeces on the chicken carcass surface after molting.The reason of this issue is the scale of production?production speed?slaughter processing method and slaughter machine,which is a severe hidden danger to food security.At present,most of the enterprises swash the chicken carcass two times in order to clean these contamination,however,it will waste much water and money.So it's necessary to design and develop the online detection and processing equipment for contaminants on chicken carcass surface.This equipment is important to improve chicken meat processing?reducing cost and saving water usage.The equipment should be eligible of design principle?working Performance?detection precision and working conditions,so that it is capable to design and development of online detection and processing equipment for contaminants on chicken carcass surface in the factory.The equipment which has an extensive scope of application can also control spraying process and adjust image processing device.Furthermore,in order to realize the automation,the main study contents are as follows:.(1)First of all,it is necessary to make a plan to design it based on the conditions and scale of the working place before designing of online detection and processing equipment for contaminants on chicken carcass surface by solidworks,besides,the plan includes designing and analysis of the overall scheme.(2)Secondly,in order to enhance its detection precision,a component that can protect the image gathering device from water or some other dirty thing will be designed.Next step,improving the overall scheme including design principle?relative calculation about pipe and components selection.In the end,the design of massive structure will be introduced.(3)Thirdly,a best spraying angle for sprayer by Fluent has been selected.According to the analysis result,it is known that only part of the water beam can cover the chicken when a<25°and ??40°and most of the water beam can cover the chicken when 30°<a<35°.It supports a reference value when the sprayer was installed.(4)Fourthly,an automatic control system for spraying on line by PLC will be designed.The system can control the flow of water into or out of the water tank automatically,which will save cost and improve the production efficiency and quality.(5)Finally,analysed the use of this equipment within the productive process based on the designation and get the result that wished.
