Tea(Camellia sinensis)is the largest consumption and the most popular drink in the world.It has been 5000 years since human made tea and drank tea.Tea originated in China,as in recent years,tea drinkers is increasing and the expansion of tea areas,the extensive management of some areas,and the deterioration of the environment,lead to more serious pests and diseases of tea plant,coupled with the unstrict management of the market,part of infected tea leaves pouring into the market,affecting the original role of tea on the human body,even produce toxic to humans.There is little research on this aspect in domestic and foreign areas,and it is necessary to provide theoretical basis for the necessity of controlling pests and diseases.The main ingredients of green tea are polyphenols,including catechins,epicatechin,epigallocatechin,epicatechin,epigallocatechin,gallic acid,flavanols,flavanols and flavonols.In addition to polyphenols,there are caffeine and theophylline.Colletotrichum has a wide range of variety,extensive host range,and the Colletotrichum varies in biological characteristics.Tea anthracnose is prevalent in tea areas of China.The fungal diseases attack tea leaves cause anthracnose,the disease in the country's widespread occurrence of tea district,it always endangers tea leaves,it always invasion when the leaves are young,then develop to spots after an incubation period of 8?15d.The anthracnose pathogen reaches its most serious dimension at high moisture and warm temperature,causing great economic losses.Tea anthracnose caused tea production and quality decline,affecting the economic benefits of tea.Drinking tea infected with bacteria will also cause harm to the human body.Therefore,the following experiments were carried out on the isolation and identification of endophytic anthrax and the main components of tea after ferment by anthrax and the effects of drinking contaminated tea on the health of mice.Major research results were followed:(1)The endophytic fungi isolated from the leaves of tea are Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,which is the largest population in anthrax,and its distribution is extensive.There are nearly 300 species of harmful hosts,which can cause anthracnose of many plants.(2)The brightness of contaminated tea decreased,and the color turned into brown.Even the content of main beneficial ingredients of tea like tea polyphenols,caffeine,theatine were significantly reduced as well as emerged new toxic substances not only lost the original health function of tea,and even harm the human body.(3)The mice drinking contaminated tea lose weight significantly,liver and kidney function are damaged,hinder the biological effects of elevated insulin,hinder the original tea diet function.
